정신장애인 재활서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 사회복귀시설을 중심으로 = (A) Study on factors Influencing the Client Satisfaction of Rehabilitation Services for the Mentally ill

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze services of social rehabilitation center that accelerates and activates community rehabilitation and factor that affects the satisfaction level of service users. Specially, this study shows that the affection by general character of rehabilitation center for persons with mental illness, the affection by the character of rehabilitation services, and what affection by a degree reflects on opinion of users are surveyed and predictor factor which is affected by rehabilitation services of independence factor is examined. Major result of the study were as follows :
First, levels of client's satisfaction to rehabilitation services as reported on the instruments used in this study, were high. In this study satisfaction is used with "Likert 5point" and the result is that satisfaction is average about 3.85. This is over 3 between 1~5.
This satisfaction of rehabilitation services affects to behaviors of rehabilitation services users and services supplied process or the result. Therefore, level of client satisfaction using rehabilitation services can be said to need more positive direction.
Second, through revise in a low grade category of the client satisfaction with the rehabilitation services are following. Program satisfaction average 3.7, environment one is 3.8, to staff is 4 and general one is 3.8. This result shows that "the highest satisfaction is for staffs lung-yu na 2003.", "the highest satisfaction is for professional worker Lee-gi young 2000" are agreed with results.
Third, none of demographic character which the client satisfaction to the rehabilitation services has is shown to affect. And whether client participate in vocational rehabilitation or not doesn't affect. However service users and provider want to have various day care service vocational rehabilitation.
Forth, staff's career affects the client satisfaction with the rehabilitation services. The average of regular staff's affects the satisfaction for program, general satisfaction and total satisfaction. In order generally satisfaction the client satisfaction in service model adopted in character of rehabilitation services is appeared in clubhouse model, the model focused on rehabilitation&training and others.
Fifth, a degree reflect on opinion of users is appeared in satisfaction for program, satisfaction for staff's, general satisfaction and total satisfaction. It is needed to provide service based on user's demand rather than administrative requirement.
