幼稚園 敎育課程에서 傳統놀이의 運營實態 및 敎師의 認識 = (A) study on the Currents Status and Teachers' Perception of Traditional Plays in Kindergartens' Curriculums

The purpose of this study is to survey the process of the traditional plays at the educational place by the targetting teachers. teachers who have engaged in the kindergarten, to present the method to improve the educational programs of the traditional plays, and to analyze the teachers' perception about the traditional plays on the ground of the result.
For the purpose of this study, the study raised the following questions.
First, How often do teachers apply the traditional plays in the kindergarten curriculum?
Second, How do teachers perceive about traditional plays?
The subjects of the study consisted of 78 public kindergarten teachers and 42 private kindergarten teachers who have engaged in the province of Jeon-ju and Jeong-up.
The subject of sample is to take into teacher's environmental consideration as the unit of teachers' career, kindergartens' foundation, and the size of class. The collected data were processed by SPSS WIN(10.0) program and did chi square verification.
The results are as follows.
First, though teachers know how to play the traditional plays, they don't use them properly due to lacking of the understanding about execution, teaching materials, and teachers' training time.
Nevertheless, they go on proceeding the activity that leads to infant's interests with simple material and tools when they play traditional games with infants in the educational place.
Second, when the kindergarten curriculum is related to the traditional plays, it is executed once or two times a month. Teachers use the tools that are bought in the market, because commercial tools about the traditional plays are generalized more than anywhere's else owing to promoting korean classical music and being held many events.
Third, though teachers don't have experience that most of them trained, depend on their own experience from childhood, and don't have enough tools in the teachers' perception about the traditional plays, they have high interests in the traditional plays. Also, this study shows that they demand the programs of the traditional plays and their teaching tram systematically regarding the development of programs that are needed in the traditional plays.
Fourth, there is a little difference in the teachers' personal careers, age, and the size of class.
Also, this study shows meaning by means of teachers' careers and kindergartens' foundation as the result of the tools of material, teaching skill, and the method of equipments.
