In conclusion, we recapitulate the implications of the results and propose some suggestions;
First, in Korea, the impotance of parental role for child rearing was not emphasized due to the stereotypical concept on the on the society, merely, mother role for child rearing was emphasized. The parent education programs should deliver the clear message of paternal contribution in the matter of child rearing and encourage fathers deeply to engage in the relevant activities. And it is to take effects more reliable supporting to work site and community.
Second, the results of this study calls for a need to develop a educational programs for the dual-earner mothers and fathers suffering from the parenting stress. Also, it is very necessary to develop parent-education programs.
Third, a role conflict between work site and home have effect on the parenting stress by the working place, accordingly, it is strongly recommended to expand the child care system for dual-earner mothers and fathers.
