체육교사 지도유형이 고등학생의 체육수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 = (The) influence that the physical education teacher guidance type has on the satisfaction of physical education classes of high school students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 체육교사 지도유형이 고등학생의 체육수업 만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다.
연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 체육교사 지도유형의 차이, 둘째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 체육수업 만족도의 차이, 셋째, 체육교사 지도유형과 체육수업 만족도의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다.
본 연구는 2004년 현재 경상남도 지역에 소재하고 있는 고등학생 330명을 조사대상으로 선정하였고, 본 연구에서 신뢰성이 떨어지는 응답자료 4부를 제외하고 최종적으로 자료 분석에 사용된 자료는 총 326명이었다.
자료처리는 통계 프로그램인 Windows용 SPSS 10.0 Version을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 분석을 위해 사용한 통계기법은 일원변량분석(one way ANOVA), 중다회귀분석(standard multiple Regression)이다.
본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 고등학생의 인구통계학적 특성인 성별과 학년은 체육교사 지도유형에 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 성별에 따른 체육교사 지도유형 중 긍정적 보상형은 여자가 남자보다, 교수와 지시형은 남자가 여자보다 높은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 고등학생의 인구통계학적 특성인 성별은 체육수업 만족도에 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 체육수업 만족도의 하위요인인 운동능력 만족은 남자가 여자보다 높은 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 체육교사 지도유형이 교수행동 만족, 체육환경 만족, 체육성적 만족, 운동능력 만족에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 교수행동 만족에는 교수와 지시형, 민주적 행동형, 긍정적 보상형이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 체육환경 만족에는 교수와 지시형, 민주적 행동형이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 체육성적 만족에는 사회적지지 행동형, 긍정적 보상형이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 운동능력 만족에는 교수와 지시형, 민주적 행동형이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims at identifying the influence that the physical education teacher guidance type has on the satisfaction of physical education classes of high school students.
To fulfill the purpose of the study, we were to look on first, the difference in guidance type of physical education teacher according to the demographic feature, second, the difference in satisfaction of physical education classes according to the demographic feature, and third the relations between the guidance type of the physical education teacher and the satisfaction of physical education classes.
This study selected 330 high school students as the survey target who are in South Kyungsang province now in 2004, and the data which were used in data analysis finally excluding 4 response data which falls behind reliability were 326 students.
For the data process, we analyzed while using SPSS 10.0 Ver. for Windows which is the statistical program, and the statistical method which we used for analysis was one way ANOVA, and standard multiple regression.
The result which came out is as follows.
First, the sex and grade which are the demographic feature of high school students showed to have partial significant differences in guidance type of physical education teacher. As we look onto this concretely, the positive reward type among guidance types of physical education teacher according to the sex showed to be higher in female than male and the tutoring and commanding type showed to be higher in male than female.
Second, the sex which is the demographic feature of high school student showed partial significant difference in physical education class satisfaction. As we look onto it more concretely, the exercise ability satisfaction which is the sub-factor of physical education class satisfaction showed to be higher in male than female.
Third, the physical education teacher guidance type was shown to influence partially the satisfaction in tutoring activity, physical environment, physical education grade, and exercise ability. As we look onto this concretely, for the tutoring activity, the tutoring and commanding type, democratic behavior type, and positive reward type were shown to affect significantly, and for the physical environment satisfaction, the tutoring and commanding type, and democratic behavior type showed to affect significantly. And for physical education grade satisfaction, social support behavior type, and positive reward type showed to affect significantly, and for exercise ability satisfaction, the tutoring and commanding type, and democratic behavior type showed to affect significantly.
