陸軍事故의 原因과 豫防對策에 關한 硏究 : 新世代 將兵을 中心으로 = (THE) STUDY ABOUT CAUSE OF ROCKARMY'S ACCIDENT AND PREVENTION

The reason why we prevent accidents in the army is that the accidents have definite influence on achieving the purpose of a military organization and weaken the power of an army.
The purpose of this study is to contrive the measures of preventing the accidents definitely by analyzing all types of the accidents and by examining the cause of accident's occurrences and the theory of preventing the accidents, supposing that all kinds of the accidents in the army have a cause and a process.
This study is to prevent of army accident(crime) by analysis of new generation's way of thinking and accident statistics as present problem and a reform measure.
At this study, we widely look into army accident to devide by troop morals accident and safety accident.
And we analysis the cause of various trouble that can occur by be flowen to army organization of new generation who be taken information-oriented and personal-oriented education.
Therefore we study influenced of new generation's sense propensity affect accident incidence that rapidly change of army for five years and army analysis a troop morals accident and safety accident.
Also improvement line of this study is present method of a prevention of crime in the army
In this study divided five section
At the first section reveal the purpose and boundary of this study.
At the second section is investigate study about army accident centering around new generation.
At the third section reveal problem by analysis the actual condition of army accident.
At the forth section present direction about the improvement line of military accident according to be flown of new generation
At last would prepose to prevent accident of army.
Above the passage, the main cause of accidents' occurrences are a weak will of recruits, ability of recruits in adapting to a military environment, an internal imitationality of and army and the lack of concerning protection against the accidents by a leader.
The accident that make a recruit who are a new generation various affect the army where there it is intention or not.
so I propose several ways to prevent army accident.
The first, we strongly block the young generation's wrong values.
The second, it is better qualitative of platoon leader and organizational reform.
The third it is reform which is manage of one's personal affairs of platoon leaders. So we should block the accident lide a desertion from military service, suicide and accident of firearms.
The forth, we should reinforce a crime prevention activity in close cooperation with a military police.
At last, we make clear the responsibility and a authority of a commander.
So, if a leader makes efforts to manage a unit for the purpose of preventing the accidents to solute the individual problem concerning the cause of accidents, and to mend the military system actively, it can minimize the accidents in the end.
