      To the junior and senior high school students, while being by the young people, with the fact they do a study education, the course consultation is certainly necessary in order that they may answer to the following questions against, Why, What. it is How, will live the life of the oneself from Where.
      Showing the course group consultation model which applies the aptitude search test which is based the Holland occupation character type, to a youth company that it sympathizes a like this necessity, but it does not have the actual alternative, I'd like to give a help to the course guidance against the young people.
      And there is an objective of research the place where it verifies the effect of the course true identity feeling improvement and course obstacle factor decrease which appears by executing this group consultation. The research was composed of 10-person test group and 10-person control group, and by using the test paper of the course true identity feeling and the course obtacle factor, I executed two tests which in advance and after the fact. At the same time, a group consultation program was executed over 8 times every Saturday evening. In like this consultation process. it focuses on the course cord of the oneself who appears from RIASEC character type, and I made effort for students to have the life advancement viewpoint against a course, and I'd like to use the program which is developed newly and relates with one's course as much as possible. In the beforehand test between the test group and control group is showing a similar score on the course true identity feeling and the course obstacle factor. After finishing 8 times programs all, however, there were the difference which is meaning between two tests.
      Therefore, the problems which it proposes initially are verified. Now we can have the conclusion as following, through a statistical analysis and a contents analysis.
      First, the course group consultation, the Holland's occupation character type based, which applies the aptitude search test, is effective in understanding of oneself and one's view of occupation of the young people.
      Secondly, the course group consultation, the Holland's occupation character type based, which applies the aptitude search test, is effective not only it will understand the world of the oneself and work, but also it does to make a selection and preparation.
      Lastly, the course group consultation, the Holland's occupation character type based, which applies the aptitude search test, is effective to improve a course true identity feeling by decreasing the course obstacle factors.
