    This Komujulnori is one of the game activities of the 7th curriculum of the elementary school. This activity may have some influence on the improvement of the swiftness, the shrewdness, the abdominal force, the heart-lung endurance, and the flexibleness. Also, through this research, the effectiveness of the physical education can be found out and the useful information of Komujulnori can be provided.
    The students who are the 5th grade of the H elementary school in Iksan area were chosen as the subject of this study. These 60 subjects were divided into 3 groups. After I practiced the pre and post examination, the group A practiced one-line Komujulnori and the group B did two-line activity and the group C didn't practice any thing.
    The result of the pre and post examination was used to conduct a search using the SPSS subordinate programs. The one-way ANOVA was applied to the record of the pre and post examination of the events between groups. Also, the t-test was practiced for the results of each group and the ANOVA test. When there was the similarity between the groups, the following results practicing the Scheffe's Test could be gotten.
    1. Through the pretest between the groups, there were no the differences statistically in the swiftness, the abdominal force, the heart-lung endurance, and the flexibleness. So, these three groups were verified as the group of the same substance.
    2. After the pre and post examination, there were the differences statistically between group A and B in the swiftness, the abdominal force, the heart-lung endurance, and the flexibleness. But the there no appeared differences in the group C.
    3. After the pre and post examination, the differences appeared in the swiftness and the heart-lung endurance. In the shrewdness, the swiftness, and the flexibleness, the value of the improvement of group B was higher than one of group A. And the value of the improvement of group A is higher than the one of group B in the heart-lung endurance. But there were no differences between the group A and B in the value of improvement of the abdominal force.
    Through the above research, the following results can be showed.
    First, Komujulnori programs is positively effective on improving the swiftness and the heart-lung endurance of the 5th grade students.
    Secondly, Komujulnori program is positively effective on improving the shrewdness, the abdominal force, and the flexibleness of the 5th grade students.
    Finally, according to the way of Komujulnori, the swiftness, the shrewdness and the flexibleness are more effective in the intensive-degree exercise rather than the medium-degree exercise. The heart-lung endurance is more effective in medium -degree exercise rather than the intensive-degree exercise. And the value of the improvement of the abdominal force does not have nothing to do with the intensity of exercise.
