朝鮮前期의 産婦人科學 發達史에 관한 硏究 = (A) study of obstetrical and gynecologic development in the early cho-sun dynasty

Medical science of Cho-Sun Dynastyis(朝鮮王朝) is divided two terms, the former term and the latter term, centering around 『Dong-ui-bo-gam』(東醫寶鑑)that is a very important medical book in history.
Hence, I investigated into development of obstetrics and gynecology in the early Cho-Sun Dynasty and wanted to study what influence that medical science of the early Cho-Sun Dynasty(朝鮮王朝) have upon 『Dong-ui-bo-gam』(東醫寶鑑).
To study of Obstetrical and Gynecologic development in the early Cho-Sun Dynasty(朝鮮王朝) our Korean sources were 『Hyang-yag-jib-seong-bang』(響藥集成方), 『Tae-san-yo-log』(胎産要錄), 『Ui-bang-yu-chwi』(醫方類聚), 『Im-sin-choe-yo-bang』(姙娠最要方), 『Ui-lim-chwal-yo』(醫林撮要), 『Eon-hae-tae-san-jib-yo』(諺解胎産集要), 『Dong-ui-bo-gam』(東醫寶鑑), 『San-seo』(産書), 『Eon-hae-san-seo』(諺解産書), but 『San-seo』(産書), 『Eon-hae-san-seo』(諺解産書) were lost.
The obtained results were as follows.
1. It is considered that 『Fu-ren-da-chien-liang-fang』(婦人大全良方) have a potent influence on 『Hyang-yag-jib-seong-bang』(響藥集成方), 『Tae-san-yo-log』(胎産要錄), 『Ui-bang-yu-chwi』(醫方類聚), 『Ui-lim-chwal-yo』(醫林撮要), 『Eon-hae-tae-san-jib-yo』(諺解胎産集要), etc got up in the early Cho-Sun Dynasty(朝鮮王朝). Especially it is thought that in 『Hyang-yag-jib-seong-bang』(響藥集成方), Tae-san yo-log』(胎産要錄), 『Ui-bang-yu-chwi』(醫方類聚) there is introduction of the contents of 『Fu-ren-da-chien-liang-bang』(婦人大全良方) cleaed a lot addition and suvtraction and in 『Ui-lim-chwal-yo』(醫林撮要), 『Eon-hae-tae-san-jib-yo』(諺解胎産集要) there is rearrangement of gynecologicdisease concretely.
2. There were many books connected with obstetrics and gynecology in the early Cho-Sun Dynasty(朝鮮王朝). For example 『San-seo』(産書), 『Eon-hae-san-seo』(諺解産書) are lost and 『Tae-san-yo-log』(胎産要錄), 『Im-sin-choe-yo-bang』(姙娠最要方), 『Eon-hae-tae-san-jib-yo』(諺解胎産集要) are existing. That all books are connected with obstetrics. So in the early Cho-Sun Dynasty(朝鮮王朝), there was no book only connected with gynecologic disease. And there is noting scientific relation particularly between 『Tae-san-yo-log』(胎産要錄) and 『Eon-hae-tae-san-jib-yo』(諺解胎産集要).
3. It is considered that in 『Ui-lim-chwal-yo』(醫林撮要), 『Eon-hae-tae-san-jib-yo』(諺解胎産集要), 『Dong-ui-bo-gam』(東醫寶鑑), there is inflow of new obstetrical and gynecologic knowledge throuh 『Ui-hag-yib-mun』(醫學入門), 『Ui-hag-jung-jun』(醫學正傳), etc and a little more wide organization
4. Out of books published in the early Cho-Sun Dynasty(朝鮮王朝), 『Ui-lim-chwal-yo』(醫林撮要), 『Eon-hae-tae-san-jib-yo』(諺解胎産集要) had influence upon contents connected with obstetric and gynecology of 『Dong-ui-bo-gam』(東醫寶鑑) directly. Especially 『Eon-hae-tae-san-jib-yo』(諺解胎産集要) have many agreement with Fu-ren-maon(婦人門) of 『Dong-ui-bo-gam』(東醫寶鑑), so I think that after Heo Jun(許浚)'s writing. 『Eon-hae-tae-san-jib-yo』(諺解胎産集要), in obsterics there is nearly nothing inflow of new medical knowledge and is a little more systematic arrangement simply.
Through this study, I think that the historical study of medicine about chinese medical books influenced upon of obstetrical and gynecologic books in the early Cho-Sun Dynasty(朝鮮王朝) will be need more.
