The purpose of this study was to examine whether social worker's outcomes and satisfaction is related to the degree of supervision functions in community welfare centers.
Survey research was conducted from the sample of 365 community welfare centers throughout the country. Among the 730 questionnaire sent to the agencies, 388 copies were collected and entered for analyzing the worker's outcomes and satisfaction. Based on Kadushin's model of three types of supervision functions, several questions was presented for analysis.
The results of this study showed that three Functions of supervisions are differentiated in terms of separate concepts. Also degree of supervision implemented by the supervisors and three functions have positively related to worker's outcomes and satisfaction. Expecially, the results of this study support the function of supervision.
This empirical study confirms previous research done in the field of community welfare centers. Implication for managing appropriate worker's outcomes and satisfaction of community welfare centers were discussed, further research on this subject was suggested in this study.
