Human nature is the most important goal and substance of education. This study aims at inquiring of the essential significance of humanism education , how it is applied to practical curriculum and what the problem of that application is. In accordance with these aims, this study establishes the following subjects of study. First, is the essence and the component of human nature? Second, is the purpose and the significance of humanism education ? Third, the system is consisted of humanism education in school curriculum? Forth, is the problem of humanism education in school curriculum application ? Fifth, is there an ideal model of humanism education''s method and evaluation? In order to solve the above problems, this study focuses on the literatures dealing with human nature, various literature studies and preceding studyresults about humanism education factors reflected in school curriculum, through analytics-phenomena methods of study. This study shows following conclusions about direction and re-construction humanism education in school. First, humanism education in school must do not achieve through standardized curriculum but be considered that distinctiveness-based planning, application, evaluation. Emotional assimilation has to be preceded through paragon around and apologue stories. For this, it is needed that moral teacher, moral parents, moral colleague, formation of moral society in the first place. Second, humanism education in school is not merely school charge. The humanism education of the younger generation can be expected the efficiency through efficient composition and application of physical and psychological infra for humanism education. Third, it may be one method that utilize holistic education theory which is popular in recent order to establish principle of humanism education in school by examining and studying enough this theory. Fourth, It is needed that sincere self-examination and organic cooperation system about both essence and method of humanism education in school. It should be preceded what systematized frame of value education that everybody can share together and do not think moral eduction as only school teacher''s duty. Fifth, teachers` straightforward realization and attitude conversion about humanism education in school is urgent , too. Teacher is the most influential model to students. Because humanism education is a program which is not applied only to students, but must be applied to teachers first.
