실업계 고등학교 미용과 교사의 교수 능력 향상을 위한 체제적 교수 설계 개발 = Development of the systematic design of instruction to increase beauty instruction ability in vocational high schools

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Purpose of this study is to investigate teachers' problems with the education of Beauty in vocational high schools, and to develop the systematic design of instruction to increase Beauty instruction ability.
To accomplish this purpose, I piled up a lot of information from many students and teachers through telephone and questionnaires, directly or indirectly.
According to the data gathered on the current situation of Beauty instruction in high school;
1. The teachers have difficulty with 'lack of specialty on Beauty', and they strongly hope for 'enforcement of opportunity for re-education relating to the subject'.
2. The present curriculum of Beauty is specific. It also takes quite a long time to collect new knowledge and skills of it compared with other curricular activities, and the structure of this subject is not so scientific and systematic as yet.
3. Teachers who take charge of this subject are having difficulty teaching because of the lack of proper instructions when this subject is newly designated in a high school.
To solve these problems, I adopted 'Dick & Carey's Systematic Design of Instruction' in this study to increase teachers' instruction ability.
The plans of the Systematic Instruction Design are for the purpose of providing the optimum instruction-learning environment in advance. So this will help learners to discharge their duties and lead valuable lives.
This study has been developed as follows : ① assess needs to identify goals - analyze teacher's problem situation, ② conduct instructional analysis, ③ identify entry behaviors and characteristics, ④ write performance objectives, ⑤ develop criterion-references test items, ⑥ develop an instructional strategy, ⑦ develop and select instructional materials, ⑧ design and conduct formative evaluation, ⑨ revise instruction, ⑩ design and conduct summative evaluation.
Based on this study, several implications suggested.
1. As for teachers' instruction ability increase, they mostly required a lot of training, and facilities and equipment for training.
2. In the rapidly changing society, teachers need to extend their professionalism through continual ongoing training.
3. Proper materials need to be developed and distributed to schools so that teachers can use them effectively.
4. Teachers and scholars should dedicate themselves to developing various instruction models.
5. We need more studies on various cases of Beauty.
6. We need more development of the Design of Instruction.
