Organizational behavior and human resource management research to data has studied a prescrived role of employee's in organizations. However, an organization depend on prescrived roles of employee is a very fragile social system because of a radical environmental change and a complex competity and so on.
The notion that trust is related to job performance continues to intrigue organizational behavior researchers. The three scales reported in this paper add to the work previously reported in Warr et al(1979). where it was argued that three exists a need to develop robust, short and generally applicalbe instruments relevant to research in the quality of working life.
The present paper extends is work by introducing three instruments, each with subscales.
These measures are (a)interpersonal trust at work, (b)organizational commitment, and (c)organizational citizenship behavior. All the scales have developed primary for use with employee on chonbuk province, and for that reason have been fairly brief, with the content of items easily understand.
