The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data on exercise prescriptions for formulating ideal exercise programs for the purpose, physical fitness, body composition and bone density in middle women who have not participated in regular exercise programs were analysed by making them carry out the combined exercise program, including jogging and swimming, for twelve weeks. The twelve-weeks exercise program consisted of warming up exercise(stretching and gymnastic exercise) for ten minutes, main exercise (twenty minute jogging and thirty minute swimming) for forty-fifty minutes, and cool-down exercise(stretching and gymnastic exercise) for ten minutes.
1. Analysis of health-related fitness
The result of back strength(p<.05), sit-u(p<.01), trunk flextion(p<.05), VC(p<.05) VO_(2)ax(p<.01) during exercise program pre & post were significantiy increased by combind exercise group and trunk flextion signficantly(p<.01) on after increased aerobic exercise program group. but effects of repeated test were not significant between each group.
2. Analysis of body composition
The result %fat(p<.01), fat body weight(p<.05), lean body mass(p<.001), body mass index(p<.01) during combined exercise program pre & post were significantiy reduced by each group. but effects of repeated test were not significant between each group. results %fat response during in after of aerobic exercise program were significant(p<.05).
3. Analysis of bone density
After the combined exercise program was carried out, The femur and spine was no significant differences bone density.
In summary, the effects played an important in resistance, combined aerobic exercise is to do with body composition and growing up physical fitness. Therefore, the results of present study are more likely to provide the basic information for those who are obese or fat.
