女性犯罪의 原因과 對策에 관한 硏究 = (A) Study on the Cause and Countermeasures of Female Crimes

Investigating the causes and characteristics of female crimes by means of analyzing recent trends in female crimes and suggesting useful data could be used for preventive measures against female crimes are the main purposes of this study.
There has been a significant increase in crime in our society as well as worldwide. Under these circumstances, taking strong measures to combat against crime and close cooperations with societies and nations to eliminate it fundamentally is looming large. Especially, countermeasures to prevent female crimes are badly needed, because women's crime has been rapidly increased since 1980. Also we strongly believe that the study for a female crime hasn't much paid attention to the public and scholars as well. Therefore, the aim of this study is to present a countermeasure to prevent dramatically increasing female crimes by reviewing and analyzing the causes and peculiarity of female crimes.
This study contains five chapters as fellow:
Chapter I is showing the connection between the characteristics of modern female crimes and the purposes of studying on the female crime, and then presenting the subject in the study and describing the coverage and method in the study.
In Chapter II, with utilizing statistic data, we can recognize that the concept of female crimes and characteristics of the crime, and also get an idea of the current movements between domestic and foreign female crimes and countermeasures against female crimes.
Chapter III states that why female crimes have dramatically increasing lately and what could be fundamental reasons of the crime. Also this chapter is trying to figure out and deriving the sharp improvement of female crimes from the theoretical study based on the assumption that the inadequate roles of home, the lacks of proper educational polices, and unsatisfied measures against female crimes which have been implemented by the local community and government could be fundamental reasons of sharp rise in female crimes.
To prevent female crimes, Chapter IV proposes that erecting the right values, taking adequate precautions such as lasting and proper education, indoctrination of criminal, and amendment of unfair women related laws. Along with those of countermeasures, this chapter also suggests that developing the edification program, improving environments of women‘s prison and facilitating more women’s calaboose should be required as a post-counterplan to reduce and prevent female crimes.
Finally, Chapter V presents five detailed countermeasures to prevent female crimes.
First, erecting women‘s values. Second, recovering roles of home.
Third, recognizing the change of women‘s roles in the society.
Fourth, eliminating unfavorable treatment against criminal female. Finally, changing our attitude toward criminal female.
