청소년의 성의식과 태도에 관한 조사연구 : 부산광역시를 중심으로 = Research into Adolescents' Sexual Consciousness & Attitude : With Pusan city as the Subject

국문 초록 (Abstract)

청소년기는 인생의 과정에서 최초로 성적인 성숙이 시작되면서 성에 대한 관심이 고조되는 시기이다 성이란 남녀 양성의 단순한 구분에 국한되는 개념이 아니라 한 개체로 성장해 나가는데 있어 필요불가결한 요소로 전인격적 성숙에 있어 크게 작용하는 요소이파. 따라서 성적 성숙이 시작되는 청소년 시기는 성적인 감정에 대한 순화와 성적 욕구의 자기규제 능력을 갖추지 못하면 이 후로의 발달과정에서 곤란을 겪게 된다.
그러므로 본 연구는 성적 성숙이 촉발되기 시작하는 중학생 시기의 성적 환경에 대해 조사하여 이 시기 성교육의 방향성을 제시해 보고자 하는데 그 목적을 두었다.
조사 방법으로는 부산시 소재 중학교의 3개 학교 450명을 대상으로 성지식, 가치관, 성적인 경험과 성에 대한 관심, 성문제와 성교육에 관련된 사항에 대해 총 59문항으로 된 설문지법을 사용하여 SPSS 전산처리 프로그램으로 분석하였다.
1) 성지식 수준은 낮았으며, 특히 성지식의 내용면에서 다양성이 부족하였다.
2) 청소년들은 성관계에 대한 개방적 입장을 가지고 있으면서도 자신과 결혼상대의 순결을 중시하는 상반된 성적 가치관념을 가지고 있었다.
3) 성적인 경험에 대해서는 실제 경험률은 낮으나 성충동, 성고민 등이 높게 나타나 성에 패한 적극적인 자세보다는 막연한 관심과 호기심이 시작되는 시기임을 알 수 있었다.
4) 청소년들의 성적 접촉은 대부분 TV, VIDEO, COMPUTER 등 사회문화적 곤경으로부터 크게 영향을 받고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
5) 대부분의 청소년들이 성교육을 받았으나 그 내용적 면에 있어서 폭넓지 못한 것으로 볼 때 체계적이며, 지속적인 성교육이 실시되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Adolescence is the time of their concern about sex rising up with their sexual maturity begining first in the course of their life. Gender is not merely the conception limited to the division of male and female, but a factor, one indispensable in their growing to an individual, having great influence on maturity of personality as a whole. Therefore, adolescence with begining their sexual maturity, not having their refinement of sexual feeling & self-control capacity of sexual need, may need adolescents to suffer from considerable difficulties in their thereinafter development.
Therefore, the purpose of this study was to research into sexual environment in his/her middle school days when one's sexual maturity begins touching off, thereby providing a guideline for sexual education in the said days.
For that purpose, this is to analyse by SPSS computer program using questionnaire approach consists of total 59 questions about matters with regard to sexual knowledge, sense of value, sexual experience & concern therewith, sexual problems, & sexual education with 450 students of 3 middle schools in Pusan.
1) The level of sexual knowledge is low, particularly poor in its diversity.
2) Adolescents are ambiguous in their sense of sexual value; they have tendency to take serious view of their or their person to marry's virginal purity with open view on sexuality at the same time.
3) In terms of sexual experience, they have low rate of their personal experience, but high in their sexual impulse, sexual agony, etc., thereby it is concluded that they are in the time when their ambiguous sexual concern and curiosity set off, rather than their positive attitude toward sexuality.
4) It is confirmed that adolescents' sexual touch most may be greatly affected by social & cultural environment including TV, Video, Computer, etc., and
5) Most of adolescents had sexual education, but narrow in its content & quality, thereby being readily concluded that in the light of the degree of adeloscents' need for sexual education systematic & constant sexual education should be provided.
