    In order to find out kicking skills per weight class and valid scores, we looked into to analyse the total 72 games on 114 highschool students joined in The 2001 National Classification Championship Tournament and The Middle and Highschool Students Championship Games for President of Tackwondo.
    We got the following results;
    1. Total scores of kicking skills per classes.
    The average frequency of the use of kicking skills during total 72 games showed 51.1 times. Among using frequency per skills, Turning kick is 2778 times(average 38.5 per game), Back kick 514 time (average 7.13 per game), Up-Down Kick 235 times(average 3.26 per game), and Side Pushing kick 17 times(average 0.23 per game).
    2. The Number of scores of Kicking Skills per Class
    The total scores of kicking skills are 358 points and the average scores per game are 4.97 points. Among the number of scores per kicking skills, Turning kick(2.78 points), Back kick(515 points), Up-Down kick(235 points), Side Pushing kick(78 points), Whipping Up-Down kick(235 points), Side Pushing kick(78 points), Whipping Back kick(59 points), and Whipping kick(l7 points).
    Among classes, the scores of Lightweight class are the highest and the difference between lightweight and middle weight class is nothing.
    3. The scores success rate of Total kicking skills per class
    The score success rate of total kicking skills is 9.90%. The score success rate per each skills we 10.51% of Turing kick, 17.64% of Whipping kick, 5.95% of Up-Down kick, and 3.07% of Whipping Back kick.
    The high skills of the degree of difficulty got the highest score success rate.
    Suggestions;
    1. Even though we have an excellent kicking skills that got the high points as Back Kick or Whipping Back Kick during Tackwondo games, we often used a Turning Kick because its degree of difficulty is high and during attacks, the blind point of those kicks is showed easily.
    The development of kicking skills to avoid the counter attack and get the scores is the first study task.
    2. We have the limitations of skills development because the scores of Tackwondo games make too much of the body. We think that in order to overcome these limitations, we must receive the score graduation in the Tackwondo games.
    If we give the high points to the face and high degree of difficulty with score graduation per parts of body and per skills, most of players and leaders have to study the skill developments with specially technical sides.
    This thesis showed that Fist Punching got scores a little. Because the points of Fist Punching is not recognized. The meaning of Tac of Tackwondo is Fist, so when Fist Punching is not only a means of defence, but also a tool of attack, we have to make a rule to recognize scores of Fist Punching. This new rule can contribute to the improvement of skills of Teckwondo.
    3. We could not find out the previous studies of Exercise Physiology and Theory of Training because these studies are few.
    So technical exercise and training depend on empirical teaching-learning, not a scientific teaching method.
    We think that according to scientific and systematic training, our leaders and player have to study the methodology of basic science of Tackwondo.
