      It is possible to achieve the purpose of global education in teaching with national and moral education.
      Understanding the world and extending to the globalized world, It is important to preserve our traditions and the value of human being. The global person in Korea. It is necessary that education does not experience contradiction and begin under absolute condition.
      In the future, democratic-civil education system in Korea will upring this kind of civilian. And Koreanization that our country pursuits will be achieved to direction participating in world positively.
      The problem in Korea are as follow :
      First, there is cognition baised on democratic civilian.
      Second, there is confused condition of conception for democratic civilian.
      Third, political culture of authority still affects to the democratic civilian education negatively.
      Fourth, school education is teaching selfisheness, competition, and testing. Thus, school system is an education factory.
      Fifth, there are limits in teaching democratic civil characteristic due to the delivery of abstract and conceptional knowledge and memory education system.
      Sixth, future of education system for democratic civil education.
      Seventh, indifference of political leader for democratic civil education.
      Response plans are as follows :
      First, plans enforcing democratic civil education through school education.
      Second, plans conforming democratic civil education system using mass-communication.
      Third, plans conforming democratic civil education through Extended Education Center and Lifetime Education Center in university.
      Fourth, establishment of Extended Education System like democratic civilian-education center.
      But above all, it most important to achieve through normal education system.
