다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

Stress is a kind of stimulation that can break down the state of physical and mental balance.
This stimulation is called 'stressor'. The changes caused by stressor are refered to as 'stress'. Stress can develop into an extreme emotional expression.
The more stress we get, the worse our health becomes.
As time goes on, we are surrounded by more stress through rapidly changing society and environment. Diseases such as headaches, stomachaches, cancer and dementia are usually caused by accumulated stress. Such results were turned out through many studies and experiments.
Now it's needless to say that we need to know more about stress and how to avoid it or get away from it,
Most people today would go to hospital to cure diseases. They regard modern medical science as the best way. But modern medical science seems to forget about the importance of a balanced relationship between mental, physical health and nature.
Western medical science based on the thought of 'Hippocrates' has failed to notice his idea of human in itself, only concentrating on expert medical skills.
It is strongly suggested we need medical science which cares more about human itself. And now we meet 'Music Therapy'.
Music therapy was recognized as an effective medical science since 19th century romanticism. But, actually, music therapy had started long before.
For example, the Egyptian in ancient times used music in curing headache, They sang songs oaring a boat along the Nile River. We can find such cases in the Bible.
Mental communication in a musical way has been proved to be helpful to both mental and physical health by research.
Classical music is mostly used in music therapy because that has a helpful α-wave for our hearth, Music therapy is so effective in antenatal training, mental care, dementia and so on. With no doubt, more people today are using 'Music therapy' to aid stress.
It is suggested that music therapy would be so active that many people suffering from dangerous stress can be healthier and more energetic.
