포괄적 보육서비스 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 전북지역을 중심으로 = (The) factors to impact performance of comprehensive child care services : centering around Chon-buk province

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 보육서비스에 대한 중요성이 강조되고, 이에 대한 사회적 욕구가 다양화되면서 아동뿐만 아니라 그 가족과 지역사회를 포괄하는 포괄적 보육서비스의 필요성이 증가되었다. 그러나 아직까지 우리나라에서는 포괄적 보육서비스가 본격화되지 못하였으며, 이에 대한 연구 또한 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 포괄적 보육서비스의 수행에 영향을 미치는 시설장, 종사자, 조직요인의 특성을 알아보기 위해 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 전북지역에 위치한 120개 보육시설의 시설장과 종사자를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 조사된 결과는 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석되었으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 포괄적 보육서비스의 수행 정도에 유의미한 영향을 미친 시설장 요인은 변수는 시설장의 포괄적 보육서비스 인지도였다. 즉, 시설장의 포괄적 보육서비스 인지도가 시설의 포괄적 보육서비스 수행에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 포괄적 보육서비스의 수행 정도에 유의미한 영향을 미친 종사자 요인은 종사자의 포괄적 보육서비스에 대한 인지정도였다. 즉, 종사자의 포괄적 보육서비스 인지도가 시설의 포괄적 보육서비스의 수행정도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다는 것이다.
셋째, 포괄적 보육서비스의 수행정도에 유의미한 영향을 미친 조직 요인은 기관 유형 중 종교법인이 타 기관 유형과 다른 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이 밖에도 국가의 재정지원 유무, 학부모의 의견수렴 정도가 포괄적 보육서비스의 수행에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
결과적으로 시설장의 포괄적 보육서비스 인지도와 국가의 재정지원을 받는지 유무, 그리고 시설의 운영에 학부모의 의견 반영 정도가 주요하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 함의는 지금까지 선행연구에서 밝히지 못했던 포괄적 보육서비스의 수행에 미치는 시설장 요인, 종사자 요인, 조직 요인을 포괄적으로 분석했다는 것이다. 특히, 선행연구에서 증명하지 못했던 포괄적 보육서비스에 미치는 시설장 요인을 밝힘으로써 이 분야 연구 발전과 포괄적 보육서비스의 실천방안 마련에 기여했다는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Lately the necessity of comprehensive child care services for children including family and community has been increasing with the importance of the child care services having been emphasized and the social need having been diversified. But comprehensive child care services have not enlarged yet in Korea and even the study of it is insufficient. So this study surveyed the directors and the caregivers in 120 facilities for child care impacting the performance of comprehensive child care services by using an organized questionnaire to research into directors, caregivers and organizations. The result was analyzed into the multiple regression and summarized as below:
First, director factors impact the performance of comprehensive child care services and has three variables : the perception of directors about comprehensive child care, experience and education. Among these, the perception of directors was the most impacting variable. Namely it shows that the perception of directors about comprehensive child care impacts comprehensive child care services.
Second, caregiver factor impacts the performance of comprehensive child care services. It differs depending upon how they perceive comprehensive child care services. In other words, the perception of caregivers about comprehensive child care services impact the performance of comprehensive child care services.
Third, organization factor impacts the performance of comprehensive child care services. It shows that in one of the organization types, the religious entities have different relations with other types of organizations. Also financial support from the government and the reflection of parental opinions have an impact.
Conclusively, the perception of hectors, national financial support and the reflection of parental opinions about operation impact comprehensive child care services. This is a meaningful study to analyze the factors: directors, caregiver and organizations which were not found in the past. It is especially true that the study about directors contributes to the study advance in comprehensive child care services and suggests practical plans for them.
