중학생자원봉사활동의 문제분석과 발전방향 = (A) Study on Problem Analysis and Developmental Tasks of Youth Volunteering

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 중학생 봉사활동의 문제점을 분석하고 중학생 봉사 활동의 발전방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이 연구에서는 먼저 현대사회의 특성과 자원 봉사 활동은 어떤 관련이 있는지 살펴보고, 중학생 자원 봉사 활동의 추진배경과 강조점을 알아보고, 중학교 자원 봉사 활동의 구성체계를 분석하여, 이에 따르는 문제점 분석과 아울러 중학생 자원봉사활동의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.
중학생 자원 봉사 활동의 문제점으로는, 중학생 자원 봉사 활동의 추진체계와 관련된 기관간의 연계체제의 미비로 업무가 중복되며, 분업화·연계화가 이루어지지 못하며, 또한 중학생 자원봉사활동으로서의 특성에 대한 이해가 부족하여, 중학생 봉사활동이 비계획적이어서 내용이 충실하지 못하고 단순하다.
구체적으로 설명하자면, 학생으로서는 적절하고 다양한 내용을 운영하는 프로그램과 활동지를 찾기가 어렵고, 교사로서는 기존의 과중한 업무에 봉사업무를 가중하는 실정이다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 봉사활동을 지원하고 관리하는 기관들과 공동협력체제를 구축해야 하며, 학생 봉사 활동이 원활하게 되기 위해서는 더욱더 체계적이고 교육적 방향으로 추진되고 관리되며 지원되어야 할 것이다.
구체적인 발전방향은 아래와 같이 요약될 수 있다.
1. 중학생 자원 봉사 활동의 원활한 업무의 추진과 관리를 위하여, 학교와 지역의 자원봉사 관련기관들과의 연계체제가 형성되어야 한다.
2. 학교교육과정에 자원봉사활동 영역이 포함되어, 봉사활동의 과목은 봉사학습이론의 실천 과목으로서 현장 적용이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
3. 자원봉사 지도교사의 역할이 증대되어야 할 것이다.
4. 중학생 자원봉사 영역과 프로그램의 개발과 물론 그 적용이 실증적으로 추진되고 관리되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to carry about analysis of problems on youth volunteering and about developmental tasks on it. The contents on this study researcher will be able to find are these. At first, the relationship between characteristics in modern society and volunteering activities: The propulsion background and importances on youth volunteering; Analyzing the system of organization on youth volunteering; According to these, analyzing the problems and presenting the developmental tasks an youth volunteering.
The problems of youth volunteering are as follows;
As the connection system is insufficient between related agencies and propulsion systems, the services which has been overlapization specialization and connectization are not achieved well :
Also, owing to insufficiency of understanding characteristics on youth volunteering, it is not substantial in substance and is non-systemic or plain: From students' standpoint, they don't find proper and various programs and their field of activity for themselves. On the contrary from teachers', their services of it are a new duty which is now adding on extraweight.
For solving these problems of it, Researcher ought to establish the system of cooperation among agencies that should assist and control youth volunteering. In addition to this, he ought to assist, control and develope activities of youth volunteering by more systematic and educational viewpoints.
Major findings of this study can be summarized as follows:
1. So as to control and step up harmonious services on youth volunteering, we should take form the connection system each school and regional agency for volunteering.
2. Youth volunteering should be included for a part of curriculum at school and should be applied for a subject of practice on a service-learning theory in the scene of action.
3. The roles of guidance teacher should be increased on youth volunteering.
4. We should actually control and step up parts, developing program and applications in youth volunteering.
