유아교육교사의 역할갈등에 관한 연구 : 경상남도를 중심으로 = (A) Study on the Role Conflict of Early Childhood Education Tearchers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교육 교사들의 역할갈등의 정도를 알아보고, 그 갈등요인을 살펴 보고자 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하였다.
1. 유아교사의 역할갈등 정도는 어떠한가?
2. 유아교사의 역할갈등 요인은 무엇인가?
연구의 대상은 경상남도내에 소재한 공·사립유치원과 새마을 유아원에 근무하는 유아교사 중 460명을 대상으로 질문지를 우송하여 응답자 309명 (67.2%)으로 결과를 분석하였다.
수집된 자료의 분석은 학력간의 비교를 위한 평균 및 빈도수를 구하고, T-검증과 기관유형별, 경력별 차를 보기 위한 F-검증을 사용하였다.
연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
1. 경상남도의 유아교사는 역할갈등 정도가 낮은 편이었다(2.64). 경력별, 기관유형별로는 의의있는 차를 보였으나 학력별 차는 나타나지 않았다. 경력 1년 미만과 3∼4년이 된 교사가 갈등정도는 높았으며, 공립유치원 교사가 가장 낮은 역할갈등 정도를 보였다.
2. 유아교사의 역할갈등요인은 정책과 지침의 부족과 업무수행의 수단, 방법에서 물자나 정보의 부족, 개인업무의 양과 수행결과의 평가에 대하여 높은 갈등을 보였다. 경력별, 학력별, 기관유형별로 의의있는 차이를 보였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find the degree of role conflict and the factor of role conflict of teachers in the field of early education.
For the above mentioned purpose, the following issues have been given:
1. what is the degree of his or her role conflict?
2. What is the factor of his or her role conflict?
The subject of this study are Early Childhood Centers in Kyeung Sang Nam Do and 309 teachers working in there.(67.2%)
The means of this study is used by the modified questionnaire.
The returned data are analyized by F.T-Verfication, percentage ratio, frequencies and Mean.
The results of this study are as follows:
1. The degree of the role conflict to early childhood education teachers is approximately low level(2.64), but the class who experienced for an year and less and 3∼4 years is relatively high levels. The public early center is rather low levels. The public early center is rather low levels compared to that of the private.
2. It is the 'overload' that the early childhood education center teachers feels highest in role conflict and there are the factors of the role conflict which are the insufficiency of policy and guide, material and information in the way to do the role and a large job quantity, the evaluation of the job performance result. There were distinctive differences in the career, scholatic ability and the type of the early education center.
