      The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the kindergarten teachers capacity to do their work and job satisfaction. It goes without saying that the qualified teachers for early childhood education of great importance for a promised aim of kindergarten education. With this concept and to serve the purpose, I selected for this thesis the following questions for research through questionnaire to 300 teachers of private - and public kindergartens and daily care centre in Busan city.
      1. Tendency of Capacity of kindergarten teachers and job satisfaction.
      2. Relationship of Capacity of kindergarten teachers and their job satisfaction.
      3. Divergence between Capacity of kindergarten teachers and their job satisfaction according to the ecological criterion.
      4. Ability of explanation of kindergarten teachers' ecological criterion on their job achievement capacity
      5. Ability of explanation of kindergarten teachers' ecological criterion on their job satisfaction
      On the analysis of this questionnaire research I could reach the conclusion as follow: In order to improve the qualification of the kindergarten teachers it is extreme important to enhance the pre- and post-job training and education of teachers, to encourage them with better working conditions like promotion and wage, outside support and social cognition to their job. This is, however, not all of what should be considered as soon as possible to heighten the level of kindergarten teachers qualification.
