아동양육시설 퇴소예정아동의 자립준비프로그램 활성화 방안 = (A) Study on Activation Way about the Self-reliance Ready Program of Child Who Have Ahead Leaving Child Rearing Center

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아동양육시설 퇴소예정아동의 자립성숙 정도와 자립준비프로그램의 실태와 문제점을 파악하여 자립준비프로그램의 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이를 위해 자립준비프로그램 관련 요인인 퇴소예정아동의 삶의 태도, 직업가치관, 진로 관련 태도, 진료 프로그램, 자립생활 기술 정도와 자립준비프로그램 등으로 연구분석틀을 구성하였다. 그리고 대구광역시 소재 아동양육시설 18개소의 퇴소예정 고등학생 총 190명을 조사대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다.
이를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 퇴소예정아동 대다수는 삶의 태도가 긍정적이고 적극적인 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 그들의 과반수 이상이 직업가치관을 이미 결정하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 퇴소예정아동은 진로 관련 태도의 적극성 정도를 대체로 높게 평가하고 있었으며 진로 관련 태도는 삶의 태도, 직업가치관과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 퇴소예정아동이 평가하는 자립생활 기술평가 정도는 일상생활 관리기술, 건강관리 기술, 지역사회 자원활용 기술, 성교육 및 결혼·부모 역할 기술, 자아성장 및 사회성 기술에 대하여 대체적으로 높게 평가하고 있었다. 그러나 그들은 자금관리 기술, 주거 마련 및 관리 기술, 대인관계 기술 등에 대해서는 상대적으로 낮게 평가하고 있었다.
넷째, 퇴소예정아동의 진로 프로그램은 높은 진로 관련 태도에 비해 진로지도, 관련 상담, 적성과 진로 검사 등은 매우 제한적으로 실시되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 진로 관련 프로그램에 참가한 퇴소예정아동의 참가만족도는 대체로 높게 나타났다.
다섯째, 퇴소예정아동이 경험해 본 자립준비프로그램은 성격·심리검사 및 상담, 성과 결혼에 관한 교육 등으로 매우 제한적이었다. 그리고 아동양육시설의 자립준비프로그램은 그리 활발하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이것과 관련하여 아동양육시설의 자립준비프로그램의 효과성과 효율성을 점검할 필요성이 제기되었다.
이와 같은 연구결과를 종합하여 아동양육시설 퇴소예정아동의 자립준비프로그램 활성화 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 퇴소예정아동 측면에서는 아동이 삶의 태도와 직업가치관을 명료화할 수 있도록 이 부분을 자립준비프로그램에 포함해야 한다. 그리고 아동이 진로결정과 자립준비의 중요성을 인식하고 이에 대한 가치를 부여할 수 있도록 지도해야 한다.
둘째, 아동양육시설 자립준비 프로그램 측면에서는 퇴소예정아동을 위한 다양한 자립준비프로그램의 개발과 운영, 아동양육시설 자립준비프로그램의 내실화, 퇴소예정아동의 퇴소 이후 계획과 필요 욕구를 고려한 자립준비프로그램의 운영, 장기적인 자립준비 계획에 의한 개별화된 자립준비프로그램 마련, 시설관계자의 자립준비에 대한 가치부여와 직원교육 등이 마련되어야 한다.
마지막으로, 정부의 지원 측면에서는 효과가 검증된 자립준비프로그램의 개발과 보급, 퇴소예정아동의 자립준비와 관련된 정부의 적극적인 지원정책 마련이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study was designed to investigate the activation way about self-reliance ready program to seek degree of child's self-reliance maturity and actual conditions of self-reliance ready program.
For attaining the purpose, the study analysis frame consist of six parts; attitude of life, view point on professional values, job related attitude, job training program, dgree of independence life skills and self-reliance ready program. And 190 high school's students who were going to leave child rearing center in the city of Daegu were survey.
The results are as following;
First, most of them was affirmative and active the attitude of life, especially more than their majority was expose that is deciding already view point on professional values.
Second, they were estimating positiveness the degree of job related attitude on the whole high. And this job related attitude was expose that close connection is with the attitude of life and view point on professional values.
Third, the degree of independence life skills estimation that they evaluate was evaluating in general high about everyday life administration skills, healthcare skills, community resources practical use skills, sex education and marriage parents skills, self growth and sociality skills. But, they were underrating relatively about capital management skills, residing management and administration skills, personal relations skills etc..
Fourth, their job training program was expose that is enforced very limitly as job guidance, related counseling, aptitude and job test than job related attitude which is high. But, their participation satisfaction which attend in job training program appeared on the whole high.
Fifth, the self-reliance ready program that they experience was very limited by personality-psychological test and counseling, education about sex and marriage etc.. And this program of child rearing center was expose that is not actively. Also, necessity that existed child rearing center's this program must inspect effectiveness and efficiency was brought.
From the above results, I suggest a few things to active about self-reliance ready program.
First, in child side, it should be included in self-reliance ready program that they makes clear attitude of life and view point on professional values. And must guide them so that they recognizes the importance of job decision and self-reliance ready.
Second, in program side, it should be readied development and management varied self-reliance ready program for them, productivity of self-reliance ready program, operation of self-reliance ready program that consider plan since leaving center and their need, preparation of self-reliance ready program that is individualized by long-term plan, value grant about employee's preparing for self-reliance and employee education etc..
Lastly, in governmental support side, it needs development and diffusion of self-reliance ready program that effect is verified, preparation of governmental active support policy related their self-reliance ready.
