정신지체 아동의 표현력 향상을 위한 무용/운동치료 프로그램의 효과 검증에 관한 연구 = Effect of Dance/Movement Therapy Program for Developing A Mental Retarded Child's Creative Expression Skill

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 라반의 동작분석법(Laban Movement Analysis : LMA) 이용하여 정신지체아동의 표현력을 향상시키기 위한 무용/운동치료 프로그램의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 대상자는 11세의 교육 가능급 정신지체 아동으로 매주 주제가 각기 다른 무용/운동치료를 받았다. 무용/운동치료는 대상자를 포함한 7명의 장애정도가 비슷 초등학교 아동의 그룹치료였다.
평가 방법은 매회의 동작치료 전, 후 대상자에게 자유롭게 그림을 그리게 하였으며, 그림의 분석방법은 라반의 동작분석법(Laban Movement Analysis : LMA)을 도입하였다. 라반의 동작분석법은 effort, space, shape로 분류하여 분석하였다.
이 연구의 결과는 대상자의 표현력이 주제가 다른 5주(10회)의 무용/운동치료 프로그램에 의해 높이 향상되었음을 나타냈다. 수직과 수평으로만 강하게 나타나던 그림에서 원과 방향감을 주는 직선과, 집중과 이완을 보여주는 그림으로 변화하였다.
이 연구의 결과는 무용/운동치료가 정신지체 아동의 표현력을 향상시킴을 시사하였으며, 이는 정신지체 아동의 내적인 태도의 변화를 의미할 수 있다.
그러므로 정신지체 아동의 그룹치료를 통하여 정신지체 아동의 자신과 외부환경과의 순응을 도울 수 있음을 시사하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Many recent works on creativity hypothesize that multiple components must coverage for creativity to occur(Amabile, 1983, 1996; Csikszentmihalyi, 1988; Gardner, 1993; Gruber, 1989; Luber, 1994).
However, most of recent researches tended to describe a Client's social-relationship, motivation, domain-relevant skills and coping abilities through a task. Only a few studies were conducted to define an individual's behaviors such as the affect or mood encompassed by the influence of joy or frustration on the projects. Undertaken. The purpose of this study was to analysis change of mental retarded boy (EMR)'s expression of own behavior that appeared after participation in a movement therapy program(5 weeks sessions).
Drawing a picture with usual themes such as self-portrait, friends, and trees. Results were analyzed by Laban Movement Analysis(LMA). Four verified the Effort factors such as Time, Space, Weight, Flow. The Shape was also analyzed by Shape flow, Shaping, and Directional movement.
Results of this study indicates that the EMR child's expression not only influenced by the mood of classroom but also influenced by therapist's behavior.
The client's creativity was changed to hypertension and hyperactivity in the factors of Space and Weight.
