알코올중독자 자녀를 위한 심리극집단프로그램의 효과성연구 : 자기표현력 향상을 중심으로 = A Study on the Effective of Psychodrama Group Work for the Children under Alcoholics Parents : Centered on Improvement of Self Expression Ability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

부모의 알코올중독으로 인한 다양한 가족스트레스 상황속에서 그 자녀들은 심각한 정서, 행동, 사회적 문제를 나타내고 있다. 그러나 이들을 위한 임상적인 개입은 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다.
따라서 본 연구는 알코올중독자 자녀들의 정신건강과 대인관계에 중요한 영향을 미치는 자기표현력향상을 위한 심리극 집단프로그램을 실시, 그 효과성을 살펴보고자 하였다.
본 연구는 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 지역사회내에서 대상자를 파악하여 프로그램 참여에 대한 동의를 구하는 사전과정과 8회 심리극 집단프로그램, 그리고 프로그램의 지연효과를 파악하기 위한 2회의 사후과정으로 진행되었다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
설문척도에 의한 분석을 통해 자기표현행동척도의 네가지 하위영역(행동적·인지적·정서적·전반적 자기표현)중 행동적·인지적·정서적 자기표현의 세가지 영역에서 긍정적인 결과를 얻었으며, 수량적인 결과를 지지할 수 있도록 집단전체 및 개별구성원의 변화를 질적연구한 결과 대부분의 구성원의 자기표현행동이 향상되었음을 관찰할 수 있었다.
본 연구는 알코올중독자 자녀들을 위한 프로그램의 개발과 실천이 부족한 현상황에서 지역사회내에서 이들의 특정한 심리사회적 문제에 개입하였다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있으며, 연구결과를 통해 알코올중독자 자녀들을 위한 집단프로그램에 심리극을 활용하는 것이 효과적일 수 있다는 가능성이 제시되었다.
본 연구의 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다.
첫째, 드러나지는 않은 알코올 중독자와 그 가족들에 대한 지역사회내에서의 적극적 개입이 요구된다. 또한, 가족내 성원 어느 한 사람의 변화만으로는 알코올중독이라는 문제상황을 벗어나기 어려우므로 알코올중독자 본인과 배우자에 대한 개입뿐 아니라 그 자녀에 대한 치료적 접근이 함께 병행되어야 한다.
둘째, 알코올중독자 자녀들의 다양한 연령층이나 발달단계, 개별 특성에 맞게 적용할 수 있는 좀 더 다양하고 전문적인 프로그램들의 개발 및 실시가 필요하다.
셋째, 단기프로그램 외에 더 지속적인 사후서비스를 제공하기 위하여 자조집단 등 연계프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The children who have grown under the environment of various stresses in their families due to parents' alcoholism have shown the serious emotional, behavioral and social problems. However the clinical interventionfor them has not almost been lied.
This study intended to look into the effectiveness by conducting the psychodrama group program, which helps the children under alcoholic parents improve the ability to express themselves, which greatly affects their mental health and personal relationship.
To achive these goals, the subjects for this survey were chosen in their community. The prior process were practiced for the agreement toparticipate in the program, and the psychodrama program for group were played 8 times, and then the post-processes for finding out thecontinuity their changes were examined twice.
The results of this study is as follows;
This study obtained the positive results from 3 fields of behavioral, cognitive and emotional self-expression among 4 sub-fields, that is, behavioral, cognitive, emotional and whole self-expression, which were divided through the analysis by questionnaire scale, and as a result we studied qualitatively the change of whole group and individual member in order to support the quantitative results, we could find that most of members improved their self-expression behavior.
Therefore, it was possibly suggested that it may be effective to utilize a psychodrama as a group program for the children under alcoholic parents, and under the current situation that the development and practice of programs for the children under alcoholic parents is insufficient, it is considered that this study has the meaning in that it intervened in their specific psycho-social problems.
Based on the results of this study, we would like to suggest as follows;
First, the positive intervention in the alcoholics and their family members who are not revealed is required. In addition, since a family can't escape from alcoholism only by one member's change among the family, the approach to treat their children as well as the intervention in alcoholics themselves and their spouses should be done simultaneously.
Second, we need to develop and implement the more various and specialized programs, which can be applied according to the children's under alcoholic parents various age level, development level or individual characteristics.
Third, the development of related programs such as self-help group is required to provide more continuous After Service in addition to short-term program.
