초등학교 학생의 학교부적응 요인분석 : 학교사회사업 도입방안을 중심으로

The school education in Korea is left on the overcompetition and the state of tension restlting from a changeable educational policy with disregard the humanistic aspects and individual properth of students. The frustation and the maldaptiveness to the campus life caused by this school, the misded and belived to be resposible for the dropping out of school, the misdeed and violence, suicide of students, but an effective action to settle the various social problems of students has not been arranged.
To solve this pathlolgical conditions of education, the counseling teacher system was introduced in our school. The present counseling sysrem in school has not been making its effective services available to the students, owing to the shortage of professional knowledge and techique, and the overwork of the counselors, and their various heavy adminstrative affairs. For this reason, the necessity of school social work has constantly been raise in school as well as in society.
Therfore, the purpose of this study is to demonstrate the importance and urgent necessity of school social work system to effectively cope with the student maladaptibeness in school which is recently being one of the important issey in Korean society, to suggest some improvement measures in ordet to practice it with efficiency, that is, the school-based approach posting expert school social worker exclusively responsible for counseling affairs, and the institution-based approach supporting the students with some requierd oragnic services at the social weaflare facilities in community.
For the activatiom and specializatiom of schll social work, first of all, the spectific design and the educational policy to practice it must be planned and carride out with our vigorous enceavours.
