學校組織風土와 敎師의 職務스트레스의 關係 = Relationships between the School Organization Climate and Teacher's Job Stress

Purpose of this study was to identify the relationships between the school organization climate and teachers' job stress.
It is certain that school organization climate much effects on teachers' job stress which explain the teachers' job.
Because this study will explain the cause of teachers' job stress in the view of organization climate, this study is supposed very significant one in terms of helping teachers to act their official works and composing of the democratic school organization climate to help the growth of education in quality.
The specified purposes of this study are as follows :
I .Purpose
1. What's the level of the school organization climate and How is it different by school characteristics?
2. According to the background feature of teachers(sex, region, school character, establishment), how does teacher's job stress differ?
3. Is there any relationship between the school organization climate and teachers' job stress.
II. Method
This study was performed as follows :
For this study, 300 secondary schools teachers in Choˇnbuk province were selected to be administered by two questionnaires of the school organization climate and teacher job stress.
It made inquires into school organization climate based on the theories of organization climate.
it searched far and wide for job stress laid stress on the school life.
Likert type 5 point scale was used as the measuring tool for the question sheets with 30 questions for the school organization climate and 23 questions for the teacher job stress.
The statistics used in this study were mean, stand deviation, one-way ANOVA, simple correlation coefficient and step wise multiple repression analysis by SPSS/PC.
III. Results
1. We can see it higher to the teachers of men, a rural community, special education school and private school than to each of the other groups in the difference of the teacher's preception toward school organization climate.
It was found that the level of school organization climate was significantly different by the background feature of school.
2. Teachers of a rural community experienced the highest stress in teaching factor. There is statistically significant relationship between teachers' job stress and their demographic variables.
3. There was very close relation between toe level of school organization climate and teachers' job stress.
