뇌졸중환자의 재활 및 복지서비스 욕구에 관한 연구 = A study on the need for welfare service and rehabilitation in stroke patient

The purpose of this study was to find out rehabilitation and the need of social welfare, the factor that affect welfare service need in stroke patient and protector, to provide materials for the establishment do sucessful rehabilitative session program. for the examination of the study, the literature research and the survey with questionnaire were used.
A questionnair survey was carried out from march 2002 To april 2002, Through a hospital and social center in chung-ju 127 stroke patient and protector, who were adequate for the purpose of this study, were analyzed. the collected datd was analyzed by SPSS of window package. analysis of data done by means ofdescreptive analysis, t-test, one-way aova,stepwise multiple regression. the result of this study were summarized as follows.
First, the highest need among social welfare service of strike patient and protector were education and nursing service in order the result of welfare service participationm, the highest need among social welfare service were the day hospital participate, education consultation service, leisure activity, family-nursing service
second, generally specific oh patient about welfare need, that not have difference of intentional about sex, age, ability, job, economic burden third, the result of handicap specific follow that need of welfare service is the day of attack of a disease, form of palsy, physical function.
forth the welfare service need about generally specific of stroke protector doesn's have intentional in sex, shole earnings, but th extent of the need for age, ability, disbursements of treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05)
fifth in the stroke patient and protector, predicitive vareable of the need for socialwelfare service.
