    A Child day care center has a function of care and education of the children on behalf of their parents during a specified hours in day time as a part of social welfare service by taking care of the physical and spiritual aspect of the children for their healthy growth and development. Day care center teacher spend the most of their time with children, bearing a substantial responsibility in nurturing the infants, caring and educating them properly. In this connection. the attitude and the extend of their job satisfaction will become a measure to decide quality and achievement of day care.
    In the light of recherch problem by the result from this study, following points will discussed.
    1) For the score of job satisfaction in nurture teacher because 12.465 is shown as little over 12.909 average point, the averaged job satisfaction was shown for teachers in general, Among lower factors of job satisfaction on the part of teachers, reeducation human relationship and service system, social recognition are shown as average-below satisfaction. Especially reeducation is low in score. However human affairs administration and salary are shown as average-satisfaction.
    2)The difference of job satisfaction according to general characteristics of nurture teacher is as follows For changeable factors of general features in nurture teacher, the sex marriage or non-marriage, age, religion, education background, type of license, experience, type of facilities were verified, and significant difference were shown age, type of license, experience, type of facilities and the rest was no significant difference. The results showing the significant difference is as follows :
    (1) For job satisfaction factors according to age of nurture teacher, meaningful difference was shown in reeducation(P<.01).
    (2) For job satisfaction factors according to type of license of nurture teacher, meaningful difference was shown in social recognition(P<.05).
    (3) For job satisfaction factors according to experience of nurture teacher, meaningful difference was shown in reeducation(P<.001) and social recognition(PM.01)and social recognition(P<.01)
    (4) For job satisfaction factors according to type of facilities of nurture teacher, meaningful difference was shown in reeducation(P<.001)
    In conclusion, from the result of this study, nurture teachers, in general, are a little level for job satisfaction. Therefore, the daycare centers need to be trained develop the leadership. social cognition should change toward the position of daycare center teacher.
