In this modern society , the organizational communities is being confronted with a variational environments. Therefore this society is demanding the new paradigm of leadership which would play a leading role for a organizational change to accommodate itself to the such alteration within change of society and that community rapidly.
All of previous leadership theories have emphasized the transactional relationship which takes a serious view of reward and punishment about the certain outcome of subordinates. But now main leadership theories focus on the transformational leadership because of demanding ability of response to variational situations, problems, environment Also in community of korean church is being confronted with variational problems through many means as like social change.
Therefore , in this research, we'll understand how the transformational leadership of new suitable paradigm improves the intention of saints who would make every effort for their organization of church and activity of church through influential factors to be related with ones are absorbed in their organization or not
The study of this examined the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment and tested the moderating effects of the saints' trust in pastoral leadership. Question papers has been gathered 310 respondents of christian students within 5 cities of university in chungnam and chunbuk province. For the study of this I took statistics through SPSS 10.0.
The result of this studies, at first tested by multiple regression analysis showed that charimastic and intellectual stimulation leadership have significant and positive impact on affective commitment and charismatic leadership have impact on continuous commitment Second ,the model also tested by multiple regression analysis showed that cognitional trust on tranformatioal leadership have impact on affective and continuos commitment Third, also tested by multiple regression analysis to use stepwise for moderating effects by trust between transformational leadership and organizational commitment have significant and negative impact between charismatic leadership and organizational commitment through moderating effects by cognitional trust.
Implications of these findings as well as some limitations of this study are discussed.
