정신장애인고용 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 -정신보건전문가와 직업재활전문가의 역할을 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The psychiatric rehabilitation professionals and the vocational rehabilitation professionals are studied to compare their concept, aim and methods on the rehabilitation program. The goal of this Study is to provide more efficient and improved service to the people with psychiatric disabilities through the rehabilitation program.
Three kinds of analysis are employed in the study: 1. frequency analysis for the professionals' major and general characteristics, T-test for their method, congnitive and goal on the rehabilitaion program, the combination of frequency analysis and T-test for the comparison of promotion.
The results of are as following:
First, both psychiatric rehabilitation professionals and vocational rehabilitation professionals showed very similar understanding on the implementation of the vocational rehabilitation program. Especially, the result shows that both groups are sufficiently aware of the vocational rehabilitation.
Second, the results show that the purpose of implementing the vocational rehabilitation program was similar for both groups. They also agreed on how important or necessary the vocational rehabilitation is.
Third, the way of implementing the vocational rehabilitation did not show any big difference between two groups. But the vocational rehabilitation professionals adopted more professional methods than the psychiatric rehabilitation professionals in overall.
Finally, the suggestion are as follows ;
First, co-operation between two groups is necessary.
Second, The vocational rehabilitation program for the psychiatric rehabilitation should be encouraged to perform, and the way of employing the people with disabilities should be through eompetition.
Third, prejudice on the disabilities should be set right and the professionals are requred to be involved.
Finally, the organizations which are involved in Welfare for Disabled Persons Act, Promotion of Emplyment and Vocational Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons Act are required to have more active attitude to execute the suggestions mentioned above. Also, more work and training setting are required to be built and a remedy on the system such as realization to medicare and medicaid is necessary.
