      The objective of this research is to evaluate the typical of day-care institution environment and day-care service, to measure the developmental degree of recognition day-care institution. And then, I intend to investigate what influences the day-care institution environment, and the typical of day-care service.
      Day-care environment is developed to improve the need of day-care institution service protection for needy children. The positive effect of day-care institution's environment is that it provides an alternative service for children.
      The following is the suggestions to promote
      First, it is necessary to reconstruct the contents and environment of day-care service on infants. Presently, there's significant difference between day-care institution and kindergarten on child day-care plan. It meant that current child day-care work stressed not social desire and day-care principle but education.
      Second, it is necessary to expand subjects of child day-care service not only infants but also their parents and community and differentiate the contents of day-care program by distinction. The existing program could not give a dual-income family, the lower income bracket, and the deficient family satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to provide them with more diverse programs which could be able to fulfill its function as a family support model.
      Third, the importance of day-care institution has increased because of its various day-care desire on declining protection ability of family and society. It is necessary to produce atmosphere to approve of socialization of day-care work because day-care teachers are beginning to show their desires on running of day-care institution at the same time.
      Fourth, it is necessary to provide the infants with teaching tools or toys for all-round education after due consideration of personality and diversity of the infants. Especially, it is necessary to supplement and inquire into facilities because of lack of outdoor programs and insure substantiality of nutrition, health, and safety service.
      Fifth, it is necessary to accompany systematic inquiry on inclusive day-care service. However, it is difficult to give diverse families' desires satisfaction owing to lack of public support. Therefore, we should induce involvement of private institutions through corporation of private areas, utilize resources and human resources of the regional and private organization through construction of private network, or lead function as a center through a close contact with some facilities and a specialization of a program in each facility.
