    The service realities and the job satisfaction degree of the vocational rehabilitation experts for the disabled persons, who worked in a vocational rehabilitation institute or a vocational rehabilitation center in the whole nation has been surveyed and the facts causing the some problems has been found in this study. Furthermore, this study has an object to use effectively the vocational rehabilitation fund for the disabled persons and improve the service quality of the vocational rehabilitation experts for the disabled persons.
    A questionnaire survey for 200 specialists who work in the vocational rehabilitation center for the disabled persons in the whole nation has been carried out. The questionnaire consists of the general feature, service realities and satisfaction degree in their job. The questionnaire also consists of 7 spheres in total with 35 questions in the job satisfaction field.
    The results of this study can be summarized as follows;
    At first, this survey shows that the service realities of the vocational rehabilitation experts who work in the organizations for the disabled are relatively worse than the service realities of those who work in the vocational rehabilitation center or vocational training center. Moreover, the service realities of experts for the disabled persons, who work in the country region are worse than the service realities of those who work in the capital region.
    Secondly, this survey shows that there are some differences according to the experts□ age, major, and career and working length in the welfare field. The younger they are, the more satisfied they are with their job. The shorter they have been working, the more they are satisfied with their job as well. Those who have the certificate of job relating field are more satisfied with their job than those who do not.
    Thirdly, in the facts causing the job satisfaction degree, whether they are forced to do extra work or not topped and followed by their a kind of certificate, working region, whether other department people help or not, their major, their career, job stability in order.
    On the basis of this survey, in order to increase the job satisfaction degree of the experts and improve the realities of their job, the plans are as follows;
    At first, their job responsibility should be clear. Moreover, the heads of the organizations should recognize the importance of the vocational rehabilitation for the disabled persons and they should empower much more to do free in the expert job.
    Secondly, the experts who are temporary employees should be employed in regular employees in order to reduce their job leaving and stable their employment.
    Thirdly, it is necessary for people who work in the rehabilitation field to increase their specialty on their job through retraining like the job training, taking part in the workshop etc. The job ability of the experts should be increased as well.
    Fourth, public relations should further strengthen regarding the rehabilitation program for the disabled persons.
    Finally, the budget should be established and supported much more considering the feature of a region.
