노인단독가구의 주거환경에 따른 생활만족도

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research eventually aims to help the elderly live a rest of their life in the comfortable state and provides the policy of the elderly's abode and the basic data of welfare service as researching the specific character of a single the elderly's household, living circumstances satisfaction influential factors (physical & psychological & social & economic factors).
After surveying 192 single elderly households living at DAL-SEO GU in DAE GU METROPOLITAN CITY for the research. we could come to a conclusion like below.
First, the elderly in the single household showed the difference of satisfaction in a physical surroundings like a distinction of sex, occupation and wedlock, house ownership condition and standard of education among general factors.
In other words, The elderly living at normal house as holding a low education level, blue color job with no life partner are dissatisfied with physical circumstances.
Second, the elderly in the single household showed the difference of satisfaction in a psychological surroundings like a distinction of sex, occupation and house ownership condition, a period of habitation and standard of education among general factors.
In other words, The elderly living at normal house as holding a low education level, blue color job and short period of habitation are dissatisfied with physical circumstances.
Third, the elderly in the single household showed the difference of satisfaction in a social & economic surroundings like a distinction of sex, occupation and house ownership condition and standard of education among general factors.
In other words, The elderly living at normal house as holding a low education level, blue color job and short period of habitation are dissatisfied with a social & economic circumstances.
Fourth, the elderly in the single household are dissatisfied with safety of bathroom, heating and lighting system in the physical factors of a living circumstances. therefore, the feeling of other life & living satisfactions is also not good condition.
Fifth, the elderly in the single household are dissatisfied with their social position, social standing and relationship with relatives in the psychological factors of a living circumstances. therefore, the feeling of life & living satisfaction is low.
Sixth, the elderly in the single household are dissatisfied with management expenses, utilization of social welfare organs and public & transportation facility in the social & economic factors of a living circumstances. therefore, the feeling of life & living satisfaction is low.
Seventh, there are strong correlations among physical, social, economic and psychological, general factors of a living circumstances. like above 7 conclusions show us, the elderly in the single household asking for better their living circumstances.
