요가 니드라 프로그램이 약물남용 환자의 불안완화에 미치는 영향

The purpose for this study is to help Yoganidra program as a measure for relaxation to deter the recurrence of medicine abuse by analyzing changes in the anxiety of drug abuse patients when applying Yoganidra program to them.
15 persons for the study were selected among patients who were hospitalized as drug abuse patients in B hospital in Changnyeng Gyungnam. and they were categorized into two groups, test group and control group, which were assigned 8 and 7 persons respectively.
Test group were provided with Yoganidra program 8 times consisting of two times per week for 4 weeks.
Measuring tool used in pre-test and post-test for this study was anxiety scales(cognitive anxiety, emotional anxiety, and physiological anxiety)
Data analysis for the results of the study was conducted on the basis of dual variations analysis. The following are analysis results.
First, the group who comprised of drug abuse people had significant reduction of anxiety, compared to controled group of patients who were not provided with the program.
Second, the group who comprised of drug abuse people had significant reduction of cognitive anxiety, as opposed to controled group of patients who were not provided with the program.
Third, the group who comprised of drug abuse people had significant reduction of emotional anxiety, as opposed to controled group of patients who were not provided with the program.
Fourth, the group who comprised of drug abuse people had significant reduction of physiological anxiety, as opposed to controled group of patients who were not provided with the program.
Based on the results above, it can be concluded that Yoganidra program as a relaxation method has influences on relaxing the anxiety of drug abuse patients.
Education for recurrence protection in the treatment of drug abuse patients is to allow each of patients on ones own to maintain behavioral changes.
Yoganidra program in this study is a relaxation method for drug abuse patients and as well as a curative reoccurrence protection program, thus it can be applied to various drug abuse patients.
