장자백본 <춘향가> 연구 : <남원고사>와<남 창 춘향가>와의 대비를 중심으로 = A Study on the Jang Ja-baek's Changbon <Chunhyang-ga>:Focused on comparison of <Namwongosa> and <Namchang Chunhyang-ga>

This study, focused on Jang Jabaek's Changbon <Chunhyang-ga>, compared Namwongosa with Namchang Chunhyang-ga, contains the characteristics of character, event, and background.
The direction of this study, in the 19th century latter, is to make distinction of continuance and transmission about Chunhyang-ga clear and highlight historical value by analyzing on the basis of <Jangjabackbon chunhyang-ga>.
Research methodology prepared dividing scene denomination and low rank narration shortcircuit partially by claiming comparison-analysis method that tried by Kim Dong-uk. Person's function research applied Semantique Structurale theory of Greimas (1966). Descriptive theory on dramatis personae of distinctive feature is applied in analysis of character.
Event applied Kernel event and satellite event in synthetic structure of the events of Seymour Chatman. The objects of study are Jang Jabaek's Changbon <Chunhyang-ga>(1865) that is the actual existence best Changbon, <Namwongosa> and Sin Jae-hyo <Namchang Chunhyang-ga>.
The course of study is the following. The first chapter of this study deals with the direction of study, history of study and object of study. The second chapter divided into function and character of figure, and analyzed and compared above three rare books. Figure function sees Leedoryung and Ch'un-hyang who is central figure as subject of action and analyzed figure category and a model picture of function. And the character of figure is classified into major figure and minor figure, applied to the distinctive feature of dramatis personae, is analyzed.
Story event is divided and compared with kernel event and satellite event in synthetic structure in chapter III. The aspects of role dimension of background is analyzed in chapter IV. The chapter V is about integrated conclusion.
The result is that the status of ChunHyang such as <Nam Chang> is promoted into nobles while Jang Jabaek bon was handed down from generation to generation in continuance and transmission about Chunhyang-ga in the 19th century latter.
For example, behavior and conscious of Chunhyang look like those of noble woman. This aspect is shown in the transmission of Chunhyangjun in the 19th century latter. Leedoryung who is central figure looks chivalrous consciousness, action, personality, attitude in <Namwongosa>. This is same type with <Namwongosa>. The event of Jangjabackbon shows the transmutation of Kernel event. Embedded event of witty remark-satellite event is extended and wit is increased. Background established realistic background and situational background highlighted factuality and character's action, nature, consciousness etc. Jangjabackbon has not only identifying marks of early in the 19th century but also those of late in the 19th century. The principle of figure, event and factuality in background, sentimentalize situation has megascopic special quality.
In this special quality, Jangjabackbon tried to increase artistic interest of Pansori by expanding pansori's artistic interest late in the 19th century. And according as audience contains the nobility, seriousness is added.
