부모의 영아보육시설 이용 만족도에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Parents' Satisfaction for Childcare Institutions

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 영아기 자녀를 보육시설에 맡기고자 하는 맞벌이 가정이 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세에 대비하여, 영아보육시설에 대한 현재의 보육서비스를 평가하고, 시설의 유형에 따른 부모의 이용 만족도를 다각적으로 비교ㆍ분석하였다. 이는 영아보육시설에 대한 부모의 의견을 영아보육시설 운영에 반영하게 됨으로써, 부모와 가정의 복지증진에 기여할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 영아보육시설의 질적 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
이에 본 연구에서는 영아보육시설에 관한 전반적인 부모의 이용 만족도를 알아보고, 영아보육시설의 운영주체와 시설유형에 따른 부모의 이용 만족도의 차이를 분석하며, 영아보육시설에 대한 부모의 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 영아보육 서비스의 발전을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다.
이를 위해 유의적 표집방법을 활용하여 대전시에 소재는 보육시설의 영아반에 다니는 3세 미만 영아의 부모 454명을 대상으로 자기 기입식 조사방법에 의한 설문조사를 실시하였다.
본 연구의 조사도구는 9개 영역으로 구성되어 있으며 부모의 보육시설 이용 만족도를 측정하기 위하여 박희숙이 사용한 설문지를 수정ㆍ보완한 설문지를 활용하였다. 조사도구의 신뢰도는 α=.9136이었고, 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN을 이용하여 분석하였으며 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 영아보육시설의 서비스에 대한 전체적인 부모의 이용 만족도는 보통정도로 평가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 운영주체에 따른 부모의 전체 보육시설 이용 만족정도는 개인보육시설에 대한 이용 만족도가 가장 높았고, 그 다음으로 국ㆍ공립 보육시설, 법인보육시설 순으로 나타났다.
셋째, 보육대상별 시설유형에 따른 이용 만족정도는 영유아보육시설의 이용 만족도가 영아전담보육시설의 이용 만족도보다 높게 나타났다.
넷째, 보육대상별 시설유형에 따른 보육시설 이용 만족도의 하위영역 차이는 모든 하위영역에서 영유아보육시설의 이용 만족도가 영아전담보육시설의 이용만족도보다 높은 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 연구결과를 근거로 하여 볼 때, 부모의 영아보육시설 이용 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 보호와 교육양면에 세심한 배려가 있어야 할 것이며, 정부와 학계, 보육시설 관계자들은 질 높은 영아보육프로그램 개발에 적극적인 투자와 지원을 아끼지 말아야 할 것이다.
또한 맞벌이부부의 가정경제에 도움이 되는 2세 이전의 영아보육이 더욱 활성화 될 수 있도록 일반 영유아보육시설에서도 영아반을 위한 시설지원이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, the general degree of parents' satisfaction for the childcare institutions was studied, the difference of the degree of satisfaction for parent's use of insitutions also was analyzed, in order to find the ways of development of the childcare institutions service, the elements having an influence on the degree of parents' satisfaction for the childcare institutions was studied. For attaining the purpose, 454 parents of infants under 3 age were surveyed.
The questionnaire of this study are composed of nine domains and in order to measure the degree of parents' satisfaction for the childcare institutions, the revised - completed questions that Park Hee-suk used. The degree of reliability is α=.9136, and the collected data through the SPSSWIN was analyzed and, the result of important study is like following.
First, the degree of almost parents' satisfaction for the service of childcare institutions was revealed middle.
Second, in the degree of satisfaction for the whole childcare institutions according to managers, the degree of satisfaction for the private childcare institutions is the highest, and next, the national and public childcare institutions is higher, finally, the corporate child-care is the lowest in the level of satisfaction.
Third, in the degree of satisfaction according to the types of institutions in the subjects of childcare, the satisfaction for the institutions of the baby and infant - care is the higher than the satisfaction for the institution of the only baby-care.
Fourth, in the gap of subdomain for the satisfaction of the childcare institutions according to the institution types of the subjects of child-care, the degree of satisfaction of the baby and infant - care is the larger than the satisfaction of the only baby-care. in all subdomains.
As the result of this study, in order to increase the degree of parents' satisfaction for the childcare institutions, the thoughtful considerations is needed in the side of both protection and education, the government and the academic circles, the people related with the child-are institutions must not save active investment and support in the development of the good quality of the child-care programs, moreover, in order to develope more the infant-child care under 2age that is helpful to domestic economy of dual income families, the support of facilities for the infants under 2 age must be in the usual child-care institutions.
