Sino-Korean covers more than half of Korean lexicon, so it has specific gravity. But when we compile the dictionary, it establish Sino-Korean title selection respectively, which makes other public have trouble in using language. Furthermore, not only establishment criterion on classification of apart of speech is not accuracy but also specific description on meaning of Sino-Korean which is made up of useful Sino-Korean example is insufficiency.
This thesis reviews significance of Chinese character on individual Sino-Korean and tries to review about speciality of form structure of Korean Sino-Korean and function as an affix, previous to the serious discussion on Sino-Korean structure.

I divide it into the free forms and bound forms according to the independency of Sino-Korean. Bound forms can be divided into the bound root which is center of the word and affix which is the surroundings. It is related to their function in composing Sino-Korean.
I investigate the Sino-Korean affix registered on <Choso˘no˘ Daesajun>(1992), <Urimal K'u˘nsajun>(1992), <Kuko˘ Daesajun>(1996), <Saekuko˘ Sajun>(1998). I deal with the 39 Sino-Koreans which are used more than two in each dictionary. The following is
各, 角, 强, 客, 絹, 高, 貴, 難, 單, 堂, 當, 綱, 每, 綿, 名, 美, 白, 別, 本, 生, 性, 聖, 純, 新, 惡, 洋, 女, 王, 外, 人, 長, 全, 主, 重, 次, 初, 總, 土, 行
Prefixal Sino-Koreans "名, 角, 貴, 單, 堂, 白, 本, 聖, 純, 新, 外, 全, 重, 總, 土" are classified into affix function Sino-Korean and adnominal function Sino-Korean. This criterion for affix establishment is the degree of dependency, productivity, restriction of modification limits, roots, replacement disability. According to this, affix function
Sino-Koreans are "角, 白, 新, 外, 重, 土" and adnominal function Sino-Koreans are "名, 貴, 單, 每, 本, 聖 , 純 , 全, 總"
Suffixal Sino-Koreans "網, 性, 人, 行" are Sino-Korean which practice the function of both suffix and noun. This criterion is the degree of dependency, productivity, the degree of change of meaning, non-clipping, concreteness.
Double-use Sino-Koreans "强, 客, 高, 難, 黨, 堂, 名, 別, 生, 洋, 王, 長, 主, 次, 夜" can be function as both suffixal Sino-Korean and prefixal Sino-Koreans and they are classified as adnominal suffix function Sino-Koreans "當, 別" Prefix-suffix function Sino-Koreans "强, 難, 洋 初" and prefix-suffix-noun function Sino-Koreans "客, 高, 堂, 名, 生, 王, 長, 主, 次".
Root Sino-Koreans "絹, 綿, 美, 惡, 女" are Sino-Korean which is functioned not as suffix but as noun.
I can represent it by a chart.

As mentions above, I looked into the characteristic of Sino-Korean. Sino-Korean works various grammatical functions according to function, written place, change in meaning. One of the special characteristic of Sino-Korean affix is meaning. Sino-Korean is used more than two meanings, it has variety in the part of speech and function and the differences is founded according to combined root.
Until now through individual Chinese characters which are composed of derivation Sino-Korean, I investigate the feature of Sino-Korean affix and setting criteria.
I can present what can't solve the theme in this thesis.
The most disputed point in the Sino-Korean morphology study is whether we must deal with Sino-Korean within the same grammar system with the Native-Korean or we must set up unique grammar system only for Sino-Korean. In respect to that, I don't have to set up other system for Sino-Korean, but I need detailed investigation about how it is deal within native grammar system. In respect to this, I must present how it is different from existing Native-Korean because it makes two system in Korean grammar. Not yet we must have enough discussion on which one we must receive.
In the result of investigation, prefix Sino-Koreans are 150 words, suffix Sino-Koreans are 331 words, which are registered as a suffix in each dictionary. I show 445 Sino-Koreans in <appendix>, but they are involved in the Sino-Korean which is repeated as prefix and suffix. This thesis has narrow vision because I focus on the headword which is registered as the part of existing dictionary. But continuously I must incursive study on the overall distribution function and the feature of meaning on Korean Sino-Korean.
Also I must set up standard type on character to exchange the information with countries which are in Chinese character cultural area. While a project to assign on USC(Universal Multiple-Octet Coded Character Set) is actively advanced, a standardization on the Chinese character which is used in Oriental 3 countries (Korea, Chinese, Japan) "Chinese character code Standardization" is also processing in Korea, China and Japan. This Standardization as a basic work to computerize Korean classical science data is really important.
