This study collected data from 426 employees at three retailing banks located in Taegu, Korea. Empirical results using LISREL provided satisfactory data-fit in measurement model and structural equation model, and also supported five research hypotheses at.01 level and one hypothesis at .10 level. As expected, job security was found to take negative effect on both organizational trust and empowerment, while organizational decentralization showed positive influence. Both organizational trust and empowerment took positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Also, this study found strong mediating role of organizational trust and empowerment in linking job insecurity and organizational decentralization to organizational citizenship behavior.
