유치원에서 CD-ROM을 활용한 확장활동이 유아의 언어 및 사고능력에 미치는 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아의 발달수준의 교육주제에 적합한 CD-ROM Title을 활용하여 유치원에서 유아의 언어 및 사고능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 연구의 목적이 있다.
본 연구의 목적은 유아 교육용 CD-ROM Title을 활용한 확장활동이 유아의 언어 및 사고능력에 미치는 효과가 무엇인가이다.
본 연구의 대상은 익산시에 소재한 J유치원에 재원 중인 만 5세반으로 실험집단, 비교집단 두 학급으로 각각 25명씩 총 50명의 유아로 구성되어 있다.
연구도구로는 유아의 언어 및 사고능력의 측정을 위하여 주영희(1982)의 '언어 및 사고능력 검사'를 사용하였으며, 이 검사는 지각에 기초한 기능, 분석적 기능, 종합적 기능, 추리적 기능 이렇게 4가지 하위 범주로 구성되어 있다.
실험집단에게는 총 9주에 걸쳐 5종류의 CD-ROM Title을 활용한 확장활동을 제공한 반면 비교집단에게는 CD-ROM Title을 제공 할 뿐 그에 따른 확장활동은 이루어지지 않았다.
자료분석은 독립표본간의 사전·사후 검사 결과를 t검증하여 SPSS/PC프로그램으로 처리하였다.
본 연구 결과는 CD-ROM Title을 활용한 확장활동이 유아의 언어 및 사고능력에 긍정적인 효과를 미친다는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to verify using CD-ROM Title that is appropriate developmental level and theme of instruction to Young Children's Language and Thinking Ability in Kindergarten.
The problem of this study is what is the effect of using CD-ROM Title to Young Children's Language and Thinking Ability.
The subjects of the study were 50 five-year old children consisted of 25 children of J kindergarten(comparison group) and 25 children of J kindergarten(experiment group) in Ik-San city.
The tools of the study was the Checklist of Language and Thinking Ability which developed by Joo Young-Hee(1982), which consisted of 4 areas that are perceptional function, analytical function, synthetic function, referential function.
The experiment group were provided following extension activities using 5 kinds of CD-ROM Title for 9 week, but comparison group have not any following extension activities.
To analysis the data was used independence sample t-test added scores pre/past test.
The result of this study is that using the CD-ROM Title have positive effect to Young Children's Language and Thinking Ability (t=7.31, p<.001).
