    4. The correlation between knowledge and attitude toward aging showed significant negative value. So the lower the score of knowledge was, the more negative the attitude of the respondents about aging was. Through univariate analysis variables which showed statistically significant correlation with attitude toward the elderly were score of knowledge about aging, the relation with elderly person to live together presently, the relation with elderly person to live together in the past and the relation with familiar elderly by person recently.
    5. By stepwise multiple linear regression to find predictor of knowledge and attitude of the nurse about the aging. Significant variables related with the knowledge were attitude score toward the elderly and presence of familar elderly person nearby. Two variables explained 7% of the model. Significant variable related with the attitude was knowledge score of the respondents, and the model explained 27%.
In conclusion, the attitude of nurse toward the elderly person was related with the knowledge about aging. So more correct informations about aging must be provided to nurses to upgrade the quality of nursing toward the elderly, especially more education about psychological and sociological aspect of aging was required.
