청소년의 인터넷 사용 현황과 우울 및 자기통제력과의 관계 = (The) Status quo of teenagers' Internet use, Depression and its relation with self-control

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년의 인터넷 사용현황을 하루평균 컴퓨터 사용시간, 인터넷을 이용한 기간, 하루 평균 인터넷 사용시간, 이용시간대, 이용 목적, 이용 항목에 대한 일주일간의 이용시간으로 나누어 분석하였다. 그리고 인터넷 사용이 평균이상으로 긴 집단과 짧은 집단으로 나누어 인터넷을 이용한 기간, 이용 시간대, 이용 목적, 이용 항목에 대한 일주일간의 이용시간을 분석해 보았다.
또한 두 집단의 우울 및 자기통제력의 차이를 검증해봄으로써 인터넷 사용에 미치는 영향에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하였다.
본 연구에서는 남녀 중학생과 남녀 인문계, 실업계 고등학생 총 8개교의 720명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다.

본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.

첫째, 청소년의 인터넷 사용 현황 분석 결과, 하루 평균 컴퓨터 사용 시간, 인터넷 이용 목적에서는 성별에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였으며 인터넷을 이용한 기간, 인터넷 사용 시간에서는 학교급별로 유의미한 차이를 보았다.

둘째, 인터넷 사용이 평균이상으로 긴 집단과 짧은 집단의 사용 현황 분석 결과, 인터넷을 이용한 기간과 이용목적에서는 유의미한 차이가 없었으며 인터넷 이용 시간대에서는 유의미한 차이가 있었다.

셋째, 인터넷 사용 시간에 따라 우울과 자기통제력의 차이 검증 결과, 인터넷 사용시간이 짧은 집단이 긴 집단보다 우울 수준이 낮았으며, 자기통제력은 인터넷 사용 시간이 긴 집단이 짧은 집단보다 높았다.

넷째, 인터넷 사용 시간에 따라 우울과 자기통제력의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 인터넷 사용 시간이 짧은 집단과 긴 집단에서 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였으며, 긴 집단이 짧은 집단에 비해 다소 높은 부적 상관을 보였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed the present condition of teenagers' Internet use according to how many hours they use computer a day, the period they use Internet, how many hours they use Internet a day, the time zone of using computer, the purpose of using computer, and the time of using computer for a week in relation to using items. And this paper analyzed two groups. one is the group using Internet for a long time above the average. The other is the group using Internet below the average.
besides, by inspecting the difference between two groups' depression and self control, this study tried to help you understand the main causes to influence Internet using. In this study, I investigated 720 middle and high school students and eight academic and vocational high school.

First, analysis shows that there is a remarkable difference according to the distinction of sex in the time of using computer a day and the purpose of using Internet. also, the period of using Internet shows prominent difference between classes.

Seconds, there is no difference in the period and purpose of using Internet and there is an outstanding difference in the time zone of using Internet between the group using internet above and below the average.

Third, the level of depression of the group of using internet below the average is lower than that of the group of using Internet above the average. As for self-control, the former is higher than the latter.

Fourth, both of the groups shows a remarkable relation with depression and its self-control and the group of using Internet above the average shows higher relation with them.
