유아 미술관교육에 관한 미술관학예사와 유아교사의 인식연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and necessity of art museum education in childhood education curriculum. Also, I will compare curators and kindergarten teachers' understanding to find ways to improve children's art museum education.
The major question focused in this study are as follows :
1. To what extent do the curator's understand children's art museum education?
2. To what extent do the kindergarten teacher's understand children's art museum education?
3. How can children's art museum education be further improved through curators and kindergarten teacher's with regard to the level of understanding by them?
The results of this study were as follows:
1. Curators said art museum education for children raise children's sensibility and esthetic sense. They also said prior activity, that is to say, proceeding the program by design, is important for desirable art museum education. In addition, further understanding, recruiting more curators, having support from education agency, and making a budget are necessary for strengthening children's art museum education.
2. Teachers in kindergarten said appreciation activities in art museum education change children's thinking. Also, they said surroundings, information, museum guides explaining exhibits in relation to the child's developmental stage are necessary for desirable art museum education. They thought there should be more museums near residental areas.
3. Both of them agreed that children's art museum education is a very important program to develop children's artistic ability through art education by presentation activities in conjunction with more appreciation activities in the art education curriculum.
I concluded that desirable art museum education can be attained by encompassing art education with respond to the child's developmental stage, and careful planning of museum program is necessary in order for the museums to work in conjunction with the curriculum in kindergartens and to further improve art museum education.
