The purpose of this study is to understand the critical role of customers' perceived srevice justices in relationship marketing. This paper examined the relationships of service justices with relationship quality and customer satisfaction. and investigated the effects of relationships of service justices with relationship quality and customer satisfaction. and ivestigated the effects of relationship quality and satisfaction on customers' voluntary behaviors in a social exchange perspective.
Data were collected from 1000 undergraduate students at a private university located in Kyunsan, Korea. LISREL provided satisfactory model-fits in measurement model and structural equation model. The empirical results indicated that interactional justice takes strong effect on relationship quality and customer satisfaction. while distributive justice influences only customer satisfaction and procedural justice does not take effect on either. Also. all of justice variables were found to indirectly contribute t customers' voluntary behavior. Another finding is that both customer satisfaction and relationship quality are effective mediators linking justices to customers' voluntary behaviors. The effects of these variables on thevoluntary behaviors. which are based on social exchange theory, were empirically confirmed.
