The results of the study are as follows:

2. Vocational high school students consider non-acquisition of qualifications to be the most significant factor for unemployment and obtain vocational information from their friends of senior classes or the same age, whereas general high school students consider unsatisfactory grades on school examinations to be the greatest barrier and they obtain much vocational information from the mass media.
3. As the result of comparison between female and male as regards professional consciousness, female students prefer secure and promising jobs and assert the need of improvement in counseling for their course in life, whereas male students hope to be recruited based on individual capability not academic attainments and they seem to be satisfied with their schools' counselling programs.
