초기 성인기의 성인 불안정 애착이 관계중독에 미치는 영향 : 정신화의 매개효과 = Effects of Insecure Adult Attachment on Relationship Addiction in Romantic Relationship of Early Adulthood - Mediating Effects of Mentalization -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 초기 성인기의 불안정 애착과 관계중독의 관계에서 정신화의 매개효과를 검증해보고자 한다.

연구문제는 다음과 같다.
[연구문제 1] 초기 성인기 불안정 애착,관계중독 그리고 정신화는 어떤 관계가 있는가?
[연구문제 2] 초기 성인기의 불안정 애착과 관계중독의 관계에서 정신화의 매개효과가 있는가?

본 연구에서는 전국 지역의 범위의 초기성인기 남녀를 대상으로 온라인 및 오프라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 302부의 설문지를 수거하였고 이 중 응답이 불성실한 설문지 11부를 제외하고 총291부(남성 94부, 여성 197부)를 최종 연구대상으로 SPSS 25.0을 통해 분석하였다.

본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 변인 간의 상관분석을 한 결과, 성인 불안정애착(애착 불안,애착 회피)과 관계중독은 유의미한 정적(+)상관을 보였다. 하위요인을 살펴보면 애착불안과 관계중독은 유의미한 정적(+) 상관관계를 보인 반면, 애착회피와 관계중독은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 한편 성인 불안정애착은 정신화와 유의미한 부적관계(-)를 가졌다. 하위요인을 살펴보면 애착불안은 정신화와 유의미한 부적관계(-)를 가졌다. 애착회피는

정신화와 유의미한 부적관계(-)를 가졌다. 마지막으로 관계중독과 정신화는 유의미한 부적관계(-)를 보인다.

둘째, 매개효과를 분석해본 결과, 성인 불안정 애착(애착불안, 애착회피)과 관계중독의 관계에서 정신화의 부분 매개효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 성인 불안정 애착으로부터 영향을 받은 정신화가 다시 관계중독에에 영향을 미치는 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다.

이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 연구는 성인 불안정 애착이 관계중독에 미치는 영향에서 정신화의 매개효과를 밝힘으로 연구결과를 입증하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this work, we want to verify the mediating effects of mentalization in the relationship between unstable attachment and relationship addiction in early adulthood.

Research questions were set up as follows:

[Research question 1] What is the relationship between early adult instability attachment, relationship addiction, and mentalization?
[Research question 2] Is there a mediating effect of mentalization in the relationship between unstable attachment and relationship addiction in early adulthood?

In this study, we conducted online and offline surveys of early adult men and women in a range of regions across the country. A total of 302 questionnaires were collected, and a total of 291 copies (94 men and 197 women) were analyzed through SPSS 25.0 as the final study subjects, except for 11 questionnaires with unfaithful responses.
A summary of the results of this study is as follows.
First, correlation analysis between variables showed that adult unstable attachment (attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance) and relationship addiction showed significant static (+) correlation. Looking at the subfactors, attachment anxiety and relationship addiction showed significant static (+) correlations, while attachment avoidance and relationship addiction were not statistically significant. Meanwhile, adult instability is a significant misfit with mentalization.

Second, the analysis of mediated effects showed that the partial mediated effect of mentalization was significant in the relationship between adult attachment (attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance) and relationship addiction. This is due to adult attachment. It has been confirmed that the psychological influenced by the site again serves as a medium for influencing relationship addiction.

As seen above, this study demonstrates the mediating effect of mentalization in the effect of adult instability attachment on relationship addiction.
