수퍼바이지의 다문화 사회정의 상담 수퍼비전 경험

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out what the supervisee experiences in the multicultural social justice counselling supervision, explore the essential structure from its experience, and provide the basic data necessary for the multicultural social justice supervision courses in Korea's counselor education and supervision site. In order to achieve this goal, in-depth interviews were conducted after providing opportunities to participate in the individual supervision of multicultural social justice to five counselors who held second or higher level certificates of Korean Counseling Association and Korean Counseling Psychological Association. The collected data were analyzed according to Giorgi's phenomenological research method.
As a result of analysis, 35 themes and 12 core meanings were derived from the multicultural social justice counselling supervision, refelcting the experience of the supervisee. The 12 core meanings were found to be: ‘start with anticipation of learning and growth’, ‘tremble in fear over the burden’, ‘early supervision work is unfamiliar’, ‘experience a safe supervision relationship’, ‘reflecting on cultural values ​​and prejudices that influence the counseling process’, ‘understand and accept the client's worldview’, ‘acquiring a critical perspective on social and cultural influences’, ‘the learning of skills in counseling for multicultural social justice’, ‘seeing clients and me positively’, ‘taking one step toward practicing multicultural social justice counseling’, ‘feeling the client's change in counseling’, ‘experiencing obstacles to practicing multicultural social justice counseling’.
Based on the results of this research, the implications and limitations were summarized. This research is meaningful to understand the applicability of the multicultural social justice counselling supervision in Korea and present the matters to be considered in the multicultural social justice counselling supervision for Korean counselors as empirical data through the voice of the supervisee.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 다문화 사회정의 상담 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지가 무엇을 경험하는지 알아보고, 그 경험에서 본질적 구조를 탐색하여 한국의 상담자 교육 및 수퍼비전 현장에서 다문화 사회정의 수퍼비전 과정에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국상담학회와 한국상담심리학회 2급 이상의 자격증을 소지한 상담자 5명을 대상으로 다문화 사회정의 개인 수퍼비전 참여기회를 제공한 후 심층면담을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법에 따라 분석하였다.
분석결과, 다문화 사회정의 상담 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지의 경험을 반영하는 35개의 주제와 12개의 중심의미가 도출되었다. 12개의 중심의미는 '배움과 성장에 대한 기대로 시작함', '부담감에 전전긍긍함', '초기 작업들이 낯설게 느껴짐', '안전한 수퍼비전 관계를 경험함', '상담과정에 영향을 미치는 문화적 가치와 편견을 성찰함', '내담자의 세계관을 이해하고 수용하게 됨', '사회체계의 영향력에 비판적인 시각을 갖게됨', '다문화 사회정의 상담 실천을 위한 개입전략을 학습함', '내담자와 나를 긍정적으로 바라보게 됨', '다문화 사회정의 상담 실천을 위한 첫발을 내딛음', '내담자의 변화를 체감함', '다문화 사회정의 상담 실천의 장애요인' 으로 나타났다.
연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점 및 제한점을 정리하였다. 다문화 사회정의 상담 수퍼비전의 국내 적용가능성을 이해하고 한국 상담자들 위한 다문화 사회정의 상담 수퍼비전에서 고려해야 할 사항들을 수퍼바이지의 목소리를 통해 경험적 자료로 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
