다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract) kakao i 다국어 번역

Korea has appeared a number of changes in family structure and household type, social changes such as low birth rates, increasing divorce rate, the aging trend. Of these, the increase in single-person households is attracting attention, but it is marginalized in the housing policy. In particular, although the rate of increase in single female households is higher than that of males, and socioeconomic influence has increased, studies on single female households are insufficient, and studies on specific age groups are insufficient.
In addition, the “female-friendly urban space infrastructure composition plan and policy and institutional improvement plan research” is being conducted in Daejeon Metropolitan City, but most studies on single-person households are in the metropolitan area, and studies on local cities are insufficient.
Accordingly, this study analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics of single female young women aged 20 to 34 years old in Daejeon Metropolitan City, and analyzed factors that influence the distribution of residential areas. Afterwards, a questionnaire survey was conducted on single-person young female households living in Daejeon, and the implications were derived by analyzing the residential environment.
First of all, the spatial distribution analysis was set as the subject of the study in 2015 and 2018, with single-person young women in Daejeon Metropolitan City, and the administrative unit of Daejeon Metropolitan City as the analysis unit.
LQ was applied to examine the spatial distribution change of single young female households. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the spatial distribution of young adults also changes with age. In the case of 20∼24 year olds, the tendency to be more densely increased, and the 25∼29 year-olds showed no significant change. In the case of 30∼34 years old, it was confirmed that the density gradually decreased. In addition, overall, it tended to be concentrated in 'Yooseong-gu' and 'Dunsan area'.
Since then, in 2015 and 2018, multiple regression analysis was conducted with a single young female household and an independent variable divided into spatial distribution variables such as business, housing type and characteristics, transportation facilities, public facilities, and educational facilities, and a dummy variable as a spatial variable. Prior to that, among the independent variables, variables related to public facilities were classified as facilities with important accessibility and were converted into variables after network analysis. Subway, bus stops, welfare facilities, universities, parks, police offices, and fire departments were the variables.
When classifying the characteristics of single-person young women based on the research results, it was found that 20∼24 year olds were distributed by officetels and houses in non-residential buildings, and were greatly influenced by universities. It was found that those aged 25∼29 are affected by the residential environment such as officetels and old houses. It was found that 30∼34 years old
