대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제가 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향 : 자기개념명확성과 경험회피의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 자기개념명확성과 경험회피의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 충청, 전라, 경상 등의 지역에 거주하는 대학생 295명을 대상으로 부모의 심리적 통제, 대인관계문제, 자기개념명확성, 경험회피 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석과 상관분석을 실시하였으며, Amos 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형과 연구모형의 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 아래와 같다.
첫째, 부모의 심리적 통제는 대인관계문제와 경험회피와 정적 상관을 보였고 자기개념명확성과 부적 상관을 보였다. 또한, 자기개념명확성은 경험회피와 부적 상관을 보였으며, 경험회피와 대인관계문제는 정적 상관을 나타냈다.
둘째, 부의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 자기개념명확성과 경험회피의 매개효과 검증 결과, 모두 유의미한 매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 부의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 자기개념명확성과 경험회피는 순차적 이중매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 자기개념명확성과 경험회피의 매개효과 검증 결과, 모두 유의미한 매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 자기개념명확성과 경험회피는 순차적 이중매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다.
여섯째, 부와 모의 심리적 통제를 동시에 투입했을 때 부, 모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제와의 관계에서 자기개념명확성과 경험회피의 매개효과 검증결과, 모의 심리적 통제에서만 유의미한 매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다.
일곱째, 모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제의 관계에서 자기개념명확성과 경험회피는 순차적 이중매개효과를 가진 것으로 나타났다.
이러한 연구결과를 통하여 본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 부모의 심리적 통제와 대인관계문제와의 관계에서 자기개념명확성과 경험회피가 대인관계문제에 각각 부적, 정적 영향을 미치는 변인임을 검증하였고, 자기개념명확성과 경험회피의 순차적 이중매개효과를 규명하였다. 또한, 부와 모의 심리적 통제 중 상대적으로 모의 영향이 더 큰 것을 나타내었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 그리고 향후 연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find the mediating effects of Self-Concept Clarity and Experiential Avoidance in the effects of Parental Psychological Control on Interpersonal Problems of College Students. For this purpose, 295 data samples were collected from college students in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, Jeolla-do, and Gyeongsang-do etc. and measured by Psychological Control Scale–Youth Self-Report(PCS-YSR), Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem-Circumplex Scale(KIIP-SC), Self-Concept Clarity Scale(SCCS), and Acceptance & Action Questionnaire-Ⅱ(AAQ-Ⅱ). SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0 were used for data analysis, including descriptive statistics, correlations, evaluation of structural equation model and mediationg effects. The result of this study as below.
First of all, Parental Psychological Control showed a positive correlation with Interpersonal Problems, Experiential Avoidance and showed a negative correlation with Self-Concept Clarity. In addition, Self-Concept Clarity showed a negative correlation with Experiential Avoidance, and Experiential Avoidance showed a positive correlation with Interpersonal Problems.
Secondly, Self-Concept Clarity and Experiential Avoidance had significant mediating effects between Paternal Psychological Control and Interpersonal Problems.
Third, Self-Concept Clarity and Experiential Avoidance had significant double mediating effects in the relationship between Paternal Psychological Control and Interpersonal Problems.
Fourth, Self-Concept Clarity and Experiential Avoidance had significant mediating effects between Maternal Psychological Control and Interpersonal Problems.
Fifth, Self-Concept Clarity and Experiential Avoidance had significant double mediating effects in the relationship between Maternal Psychological Control and Interpersonal Problems.
Sixth, Self-Concept Clarity and Experiential Avoidance had significant mediating effects between Only Maternal Psychological Control Among the Paternal Psychological Control and Interpersonal Problems.
Seventh, Self-Concept Clarity and Experiential Avoidance had significant double mediating effects in the relationship between Only Maternal Psychological Control Among the Parental Psychological Control and Interpersonal Problems.
These findings proved that Parental Psychological Control, Self-Concept Clarity and Experiential Avoidance are variables that Interpersonal Problems, and also clarified that double mediating effects of Self-Concept Clarity and Experiential Avoidance between Parental Psychological Control and Interpersonal Problems. Also, among the psychological control of the Paternal and Maternal, the Maternal was relatively greater simulated effect was shown. Finally, the implications, limitations and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
