미혼 성인의 내현적 자기애가 관계중독에 미치는 영향 : 자기분화의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 내현적 자기애가 관계중독에 미치는 영향에서 자기분화의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 시행되었다. 이것을 위해서 서울 및 수도권, 충남 등에 거주하는 미혼성인 364명을 대상으로 내현적 자기애, 관계중독, 자기분화에 대한 질문지를 실시하였다. 364부 중 응답이 불성실한 7부를 제외한 357부를 최종 연구 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석을 위해 기술 통계분석, 독립표본 T검정, 일원변량분석, 상관분석, 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.
이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 사회 인구학적인 특성인 성별에 따른 내현적 자기애, 자기분화, 관계중독의 차이에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 사회 인구학적인 특성인 연령대에 따른 내현적 자기애, 관계중독의 차이에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 자기분화의 차이는 나타나지 않았다.
둘째, 내현적 자기애는 자기분화와 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 또한, 내현적 자기애는 관계중독과 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 그리고 자기분화는 관계중독과 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다.
셋째, 내현적 자기애가 관계중독의 영향을 보았을 때, 내현적 자기애가 관계중독에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 내현적 자기애가 관계중독에 미치는 영향에서 자기분화는 의미가 있는 부분매개 효과가 있다는 것으로 나타났다.
본 연구는 위의 연구 결과와 같이 내현적 자기애, 자기분화는 관계중독에 영향을 끼치는 변인임을 검증하였다. 또한, 내현적 자기애가 관계중독에 미치는 영향에서 자기분화가 매개변인임을 검증하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to prove the mediating effect of Self- Differentiation on the relationship between Covert Narcissim and Relationship Addiction. This study conducted the survey with questionnaire on covert narcissism, Relationship addiction, Self-Differentiation for 364 single men and women living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, ChungCheong, etc. Among 364 questionnaires, 357 questionnaires were used the final analysis data of this study excluding 7 with careless questions. The statistical methods used for data analysis included descriptive statistical analysis, Independent T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis.
The results of the study are as follows.
First, There were significant differences in covert narcissism, relationship and self-differentiation addiction according to gender. Also, There were significant differences in covert narcissism and relationship addiction according to age group. Also, There was no significant difference in self-differentiation according to age group.
Second, Covert narcissim showed negative correlation with self-differentiation. Also, Covert narcissim showed positive correlation with relationship addiction. Also, Self-differentiation showed negative correlation with relationship addiction.
Third, Looking at the relationship between covert narcissism and relationship addiction, Covert narcissism has a direct impact on relationship addiction. There was partial mediating effect of self-differentiation on the relationship between covert narcissim and relationship addiction.
Finally, These findings verified the mediating effect of self-differentiation on the relationship between covert narcissim and relationship addiction.
